We came in the evening (30JUNE2023). Several teenage boys were the only employees we saw (which is fine). They were very polite. Unfortunately the restaurant was hot and full of flies. The trashcan has a giant stack of trays and leftover food all over it and the floor. None of the tables were clean. I had the salad with chicken, my husband had the pulled pork sandwich with beans. The pork was just ok and the chicken was very dry. He didn’t eat any of his beans after the first bite. We won’t be going back.

Manager gets mad if you order more than 2 baked potatoes. I ordered 4 for my family of 5 to go and he complains every single time. Spent almost $100 too! It’s been twice that he gripes me out each time I come in at dinner time. Do not recommend this place.

We ordered 2 double meat meals 08-06-23 I got all scrap rib tips I wouldn’t give a child .the green beans had no flavor at all coleslaw was sour and I believe it’s what cause our food poisoning. They need the health department to make some surprise visits!!

Visited today with a friend for the first time. I previously read the reviews and was expecting something totally different than what I received. I ordered a brisket sandwich and it was almost minced not shredded. The flavor was bland. The bread it came on was as small as a McDonalds child’s burger. Their “side” is served in a small white styrofoam cup. It was a little food for a lot of money. The “loaded” potato salad had zero flavor and the potato pieces were hard as a rock. The sauces on the table were in plastic squirt bottles were all runny. Three different sauces all ran like water. Gross! See photos. Not a place I would come back to or recommendZ I thought Dickeys BBQ was bad. They are a dream compared to this. Save your money!

It was ok. Nothing special. My biggest turn off is that it was like fast food. Had to go up to counter and order from menu like McDonald’s. I’d never been there. Let people go in front of us. Thought it was a sit down, take your time to look at menu place. I don’t care to order at counter for those prices. I prefer Rib Crib. I could sit look at menu and ordered at my leisure. Ordered ribs at both. Meatier and less greasy at Rib Crib for same price. Seemed like more food overall with gigantic salad at Rib crib. Doubtful I will eat there again. Was expecting more from the establishment.

Chopped brisket that can’t be beat. If you don’t like the OKC NW Expressway location, try this one or the one in Duncan and be amazed at the small town difference.

To be honest, the only meat I’ve ever tried is the ribs, which is the primary reason I come to Billy Sims. I like to order the Half Back combo, which comes with six ribs and two sides, and a kid’s rib dinner, which comes with two ribs, and the option of a fruit cup or chips, and a drink. Both meals come with toast, but they will offer onions, pickles, and pepperoncini peppers with the adult meal. I will split the ribs with my child, so he will have more, and give him one of my sides, too. On this occasion, I ordered the baked potato salad and green beans, but they gave me baked beans; neither one of us likes baked beans, so my child had to do without his side, since he hates baked potato salad. The total cost of the two meals combined was $20.69, including tax. Normally, the staff is friendly, but not on this visit. I guess it must have been a long day.

It was okay I think that flies outnumber the people that were in the restaurant. That’s one thing I can not stand is going to an eating establishment and is overrun with flies. Somebody kill them.

Absolutely delicious food!! And the service was wonderful as well! Larry was so helpful and friendly! My brisket sandwich was amazing and the potato salad side was at the same time, complimentary to my sandwich and equally delightful on its own! We tried the ribs as well. And WOAH! The meat fell off the bone and erupted flavor! Would definitely recommend Billy Slims!
