Brisket was good, chicken tasted really weird almost like medicine and it was very disappointing to pay for the two meat and I could only eat one. Extremely overpriced, can’t believe the way that chicken tasted tried drowning it in the barbecue sauce and it still was bad.

Servers were rude and not paying attention. There is a short lady, she charged me for a drink that did not want to order. When I asked for cancelation she got angry. I will never visit this location again and I will prevent my work friends to come here. I hope owners can try to talk with trash lady!

The chicken was so dry closer to jerky that meat. The sliced brisket was ok but on the dry side. The hot link was cold and had never been cooked well, you could see the cheese had never even been melted. The menu gives you and option for chips, it never tells you it will be substituted for one of your 2 main sides, no pickles in my dinner as requested. $45 for 2 dinners, including a 10% tip for online, pickup order. Stay away!

Why is it SOOO HARD for restaurants to throw in utensils for door dash orders…? Door dash doesn’t check. I’m in a motel and eating chopped brisket, baked beans, and baked potato salad ALL WITH MY FINGERS! NOT HAPPY. Food was also cold. Disappointing.

This is a franchise location closer to home (Bixby). We should have driven further north and west. BBQ bologna should not taste like Oscar Mayer poured Kraft sauce on a sandwich. The shop was clean and the franchisees were behind the counter. Really nice people. Just not the Billy Sims experience we’re accustomed to.

Ordered (2) 3 meat combo. My deliverer Joseph informed me they were out of one of the meats. He apologized and asked if I wanted a substitute. Advised him no and to change order to 2 meat combo. I asked if I needed to contact store. He said no that he would and he did. A few minutes later Manuel from the store called to advise they made the changes I wanted, credited my account and the order arrived in a timely manner in tamper proof bag by Joseph who again apologized for the inconvenience. He and Manuel were very polite, professional, took care of the issue and I’m very happy to say and to know there are still professional and kind people in times such as these. It just so rare anymore! Thank you Joseph!

We ordered sliced brisket and pulled pork to go. My husband commented that this store is consistently very good. Sometimes I get the baked potato with pulled pork. It is HUGE. We also like the baked beans. We order from this store, one on Peoria, and one in Edmond on Edmond Road. We like them all. Thank you Billy! Boomer!

First of all you would never find this location without Google. Hidden away on the north side of 91st just west of Memorial the restaurant is small. The staff makes your experience exceptional. The ribs are falling off the bone and delicious the green beans are good but could use a little more bacon drippings, the baked potato salad is wonderful. While the food is available at all Billy Sims locations Stu and the staff at this location make your meal exceptional. Great food,great service, hard to find location.
