Just keeps getting worse with every visit! The food is so bad, and the service is even worse. Cooked meats (BBQ, grilled chicken) come out cold! Waitress brought out BBQ plate and brought out the sauce after we requested it, sauce bottle was unsanitary looking so we had to request another bottle! It’s seems like they hire kitchen staff and servers without properly training them! We are done after this last time for sure. 1 star is for the beer, it’s cold!

I waited 10 minutes to be seated since they had a sign out that said please wait to be seated decided to go use the bathroom came back waited another 15 minutes before I was about to leave when a server came out and seated me ordered the sliders On the menu it With a side of vegetables when I received my food it did not have a side of vegetables on it I had to ask for it when I ordered the food I also asked for a side of Mayonnaise did not get the sight of Mayonnaise He’s had to order the sight of Mayonnaise again when they brought out the vegetable tray it had 3 peat tiny tiny pieces of lettuce on it had to order more lettuce By the time the food finally finished coming This everything was cold and I was too annoyed Is to bother with it anymore the waiter never refilled my drink I mean had I stacked all my plates together waited about maybe 10 minutes for them to come over and say can I take this out of your way and then they gave me my check I paid and left was nit was not good service they don’t watch the front there was only One table that had people on it out of the entire restaurant Worst service I have received in a long time will not recommend if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat or if you’re going to have a meeting While waiting for my check I noticed that the table had crumbs from the previous person’s food whoever sat there previously had chicken and a whole friar underneath one of the signsThey obviously do not clean their tables after people of eating at them which if I’d seen that in the 1st place I would have just left

I’ve had it all here and recommend the chicken fried steak from the lunch menu. The brisket and burgers are good, but wasn’t impressed with the pizza. Also have a big, good salad.

Awful experience.. Went on a slow Friday night around 5:45. We sat for about 5-10 minutes before being greeted. Once we gave our drink order it took about 10-15 minutes to get our bar drinks. Our entrees came out before our appetizer and the manager said he would take it off the bill. I ordered the BBQ plate which was a HUGE mistake. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order the BBQ plate. One of my sides was incorrect and after receiving the correct side, there was a giant hair in it. Save your money and eat somewhere else. The service was also awful. I am a server myself and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I understand accidents happen and people get busy but we had a clear view the entire time of our server who was either busy talking to friends or on her phone. She only came to our table 3 maybe 4 times the entire night…

Ordered delivery. Bacon cheeseburger had no bacon. The bun and patty were burnt to a crisp. Southwest egg rolls were nasty, no crunch, just a soggy undercooked frozen disaster. Club sandwich and strawberry milkshake were halfway decent. I’d be embarrassed to work there.

We were sitting there for 50 minutes waiting for our drink and order to be taken and no one came to us. There were three workers and they were just chatting with each other behind us and kept looking at us. We decided to leave because it was taking so long and they caught an attitude with my sister when she was alone. Horrible place. I do recommend this place if you want to sit there for a few hours.

My wife and I arrived at this “restaurant” at 6:56PM and we left at 8:11PM. And we didn’t leave because we were eating the meals we ordered. It took them around an hour to get our food out during a not so busy hour. My wife ordered chicken fried steak and turns out they didn’t have any, but she did not inform us about that until afterwards. So instead they gave my wife chicken tenders. I complained and was told the manager would speak to us. The manager never did. And I told them we’re not going to eat something we didn’t order. Our waiter informed us that it wasn’t her fault and that it was the cooks. She said we could get a discount which was $7 off. I told her that I would not pay for the food. She spoke to her manager and came back, crumbling up the receipt and mumbles “You’re good.” There’s a major lack of communication and professionalism. Restaurants should inform their customers if they are out of something so that they may go out and find another place that has the thing they are looking for. Or give them the opportunity to order something else they may like instead of picking something for them. Also having a better wait time.

Never again.. The food was good but the service sucks!!! We didn’t get napkins or silverware till well after we got our appetizer…the only reason I’m not giving them a one star is cause the chicken fried steak and sweet tea was good..

I think this is th third time I went in the past 2 years? Server was nice, but new. Food was tasty. But over all experience was lousy. I dont understand how this olace manages to stay open with the management, kitchen and bartenders it has. Also, no hosts so we waited quite a while to be seated.
