While we waited for our sandwiches to be made, the owner offered us a free sample of soup! It wasn’t just a wee sample, it was an 8 oz portion and delicious! We had barley beef and chicken dumpling. We ordered the Works and Chicken Steak sandwiches. Both were ample and tasty. They offer a variety of other sandwiches, salads, and desserts too. Though the onion rings were good, they were from a package in the freezer. Though we ordered it to go, there is seating available for dine in. The restaurant was clean and welcoming and staff was friendly.

Quality and quantity of food for the money is there. Got to try the soup while we waited for our order and it was really good. Crinkle cut fries, cheese steak, and coleslaw was also really good. Will be back and you’ll likely be happy with what ever you order here. It was good food, friendly service, and a clean restaurant.

My Philly was so good fries where crisp and hot Philly was juicy and bread was perfect crisp. My boyfriend said he’s never had a Rueben that was that good perfect bread meat and their thousand island amazing, unfortunately he ate it before I could get a pic. Hands down best subs in Lakewood check them out.

Greeted kindly right when we walked in. The Chicken Philly is absolutely phenomenal, and my partner absolutely loved The Works cheesesteak. I’m glad there is finally a good spot for cheesesteaks in my area! Will be back to try out the rest of the menu very soon

Friendly staff, good food, clean, great service. I ordered “The Works” with fries. Did not disappoint. I’ve tried lots of cheese steaks from restaurants to bars to other sandwich joints. For me, Billy’s easily earns a spot among the top 3. Price wise it’s middle of the road. At 15 for sandwich/fries its not cheapest thing to eat in the area but also nowhere near the most expensive.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new for dinner. We’ve passed by since we have been to Wing Stop and so freaking glad we came! The cook was honest with me about a printing mistake because the waitress had only brought one plate out. I appreciate not only his honesty but he continued to show such lovely service. Best meal of my life and I had such yummy leftovers to take home. I’m definitely coming back. I would have shared photos but you have to go see for yourself!

I really wanted to like this place. I was craving a philly badly and the place looked good from the outside, and in a high traffic area. The meat on the philly was simply not chopped enough. This lead to a rough and gamey texture. The bread wasnt great either. Over buttered and not toasted enough. If these items improve I would gladly try again.

I didn’t spend much time inside, I ordered to-go, but it seemed nice and clean. We ordered the Italian philly and a breakfast philly. They were each A LOT of food. So, not the cheapest place but I feel like I got fair value. The meat they use was also different than I’m used to with phillys. Like, thin squares of meat rather than the pulled meat I normally see. So, the sandwiches were a little messy as the cheese wasn’t folded throughout. That said, the meat was VERY flavorful and I am not complaining even a little bit. The fries were cooked perfectly and thoroughly seasoned. So yeah, definitely worth a try!
