Fun atmosphere, great food and really first rate service. The bacon cheeseburger is amazing. Incredible IPA beer selection! Great vibe in the restaurant and our server, Chris, really made our visit truly amazing, one of the best servers we have experienced. We will continue to come back!!! Keep up the great work! Where to start with Birch Hill Tavern. They are a hidden gem and have great food accompanied by a great draft selection and excellent spirits selection. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. Every time I’ve been to Birch Hill they always have great beers to choose from. I’ve also only been impressed by their service by being promptly greeted, seated, and given water. The best way to describe their entrees is hearty, heavenly, and delicious. Their Nashville Hot Chicken and Madeira Braised Short Ribs are tender, juicy, and well seasoned. Pictured is their Madeira Braised Short Ribs which was fork tender and perfectly paired with mushrooms and creamy orzo.

Ever heard don’t judge a book by its cover? Or in this case, for being in a shopping plaza. Outside in the plaza it’s clean and minimal foot traffic, but it doesn’t describe or even hint at what’s inside. The interior design is spacious and has depth. A group of 6 guys built like the Avengers were able to sit at the bar and it stíll had plenty room to start up conversation with unknown arrivals.

Excellent beer selection and very cool vibe. Food was pretty good with a few interesting options. My meatball sandwich was good but needing a bit more sauce or something to make it less dry. My wife got a burger that was good. A bit pricy but a place I’d recommend for a few drinks and bar bites.

If it weren’t for the long wait and subpar service, I would gave given Birch Hill Tavern 5 stars. The food, when it finally arrived, was over the top delicious. The calamari and the sea scallop dip with warm bread were both so good, I would have been content to lick the plates clean and call it a night. But thr burgers were good. Above average and well cooked. The drinks were fine. Nice bar area with tables where you can eat. Definitely plan to be there for awhile though at peak times. I would go back and hope for a better waitress.

Very Mellennial Place. Not a good spot for a junior-senior. Good craft draft selection. The barkeep was attentive. New England cold type though. The place is clean except for the bathroom. The place was very busy too. The stickers on the reach-in cooler are cool. Not a foodie stop, just a beer drive-by. Not likely to repeat.
