Fried chicken is the best. Their recipe is from Hat Yai in Southern Thailand. I ordered half chicken with Sriracha mayo sauce and poke with peanut sauce. Both are great. Next time I will get papaya salad with fried chicken.

The food is good but so overpriced. Summit county is expensive so this place is not dramatically worse than most. But I had the “tot bowl” and it had 5 tots and barely covered the bottom of container at $17. total price for 5 diners without drinks. $145. Tasty but pricey.

We were really excited to try the chicken here. Ended up with the poke tots and chicken bowl. Both were really good. The chicken bowl was more spicy than we expected but full of flavor.

I did not eat at this facility. I did enjoy the French Farmhouse Ale. This brewery is very clean and has lots of room inside and out. The service was great. The views are amazing.

Can we talk about how genius it is to put a fried chicken place inside a brewery? Best Asian fried chicken I’ve had in a while. Get a piece of crispy skin, fold it into a mini taco and then load in the rice, herbs, meat and sauce. Best bite ever.

I ordered the chicken sandwich. It was good, but nothing special. Beware, if you order the veggies, the pepper in it is extremely hot. My ten year old cousin ordered the veggies because she is vegetarian and they did not tell us that it would be way to hot for a younger kid. The food did come out fast considering there was eight of us.

Bird Craft is located inside of the brewery. It’s a small cute little window and the food is decently quick. It’s definitely unique and an interesting fusion of flavors. I would say the Sriracha Lime Mayo even has a small kick although showing no spice level. Solid spot to get fried chicken with your beer.

Love this place. It’s a must stop whenever we travel through this area. Thai-ish fried chicken is delicious, especially the Thai dipping sauces. Plus you get to have some great craft beer to go with it.
