Absolutely not. I came in last week because I work right down the street and my coworker suggested it to me stating that it was great. It was not. The chicken was old and cooked hours prior to me purchasing maybe even the night before just re-dropped. I asked for Mac & cheese and was given mashed potatoes. The biscuits were cold, hard, dry and of the cheap frozen variety and the wedges were mid. I ordered an 8 piece meal and didn’t eat hardly any of it. I will not return nor will I be telling any of the coworkers from my huge facility to waste their time and money as I wasted my time and money. Please listen to the the reviews. I thought my experience would be different and it wasn’t . Yours won’t be either. Go elsewhere

The chicken taste like frozen Banquet tv dinner. Had a fishy smell also. Potatoes had a funky taste. Biscuits were rock hard with black stuff all over them. Mac and cheese was disgusting. If I would’ve realized where this place was I wouldn’t have ordered. Went there when it was a burger place. I’m sure it’s still the same owners being attached to the bar and all. It was terrible then and it’s terrible now. It’s really just a place for the owner and their friends to hangout and drink.

I live right down the street so I figured I would try this . I ordered the 16 piece tender family meal and a chicken sandwich. They put it in a box I got home took everything out set it on my brand new table , food was ok could have been better by time I got home the chicken breading was soggy and wet . i believe from putting it hot in that box and closing it up ! After dinner I went to clean up I take the box up off my kitchen table I just bought and the box was so wet it stuck to my table and made a huge white heat spot on it I’m so mad !!!! On the upside the gentleman was very nice but I probably won’t return!

Stopped in for lunch got Cajun tenders – a 3 piece regular – mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac and Cheese. First a the food is precooked and in “tins” you would see at a family BBQ pot luck – barely covered and who knows when it was cooked – it was not hot and hand been sitting for a minute – got it home and it was cold – over cooked and super dry there was dried marrow from where the bones were cut on the chicken which was as gross. Mac and cheese was not made there- it was prepurchased and bland – mashed potatoes and gravy went bad by the second day and needs to be thrown out – maybe it will get better – I don’t think it will last. Not even being connected to a bar – Girl was very friendly I wish I could say better – I won’t be back

I got the 12 piece meal with 2 sides. I chose mashed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw. The chicken was good. When I opened my sides I got corn and gravy Cole slaw was very sour. And I had waited 7 minutes with another customer for biscuits and I got a box full of cold dry biscuits . Good chicken but everything else was less than par. I will not eat from there again

Absolutely delicious. The sides are great, the service was great and the chicken was the best I’ve had in soooo long! What a great little spot with the sweetest staff! Pricing is reasonable and portions great sizes! The store was clean and friendly.

I was surprised to see the bird shack in this plaza they have only been open for a couple of weeks I thought the service was excellent the staff was gung-ho there was a good atmosphere you could order your chicken and take it to next door where there’s more seating and a bar and you could have the whole nine yards of course the bar services is separate from the chicken service the chicken was juicy and have nice crunch and tasted very good we ordered the 12-piece chicken dinner with six biscuits, 2 sides coleslaw and potato wedges. I think the coleslaw is the best coleslaw I’ve had in town and I would give it 10 stars but they only have a five-star limit so it’s 5 Stars. The chicken was very good, juicy, and very crispy we got the regular recipe. The potato wedges were the low point on the experience. They only had six small cold potato’s wedges in a big box so they could hove forgoten to put more in the box. The patotes were also a little on the salty side.

Same as all the other negative reviews. Food was cold and served out of tins. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Would not recommend. I would rather wait for fresh food than walk in and out with cold/old food.

I’m disappointed I was hoping for a good hot meal instead I stopped for lunch today spent $11 which is an average lunch cost for me. I received cold chicken tenders 3 pieces and 3 potato wedges. It’s like they ordered party trays from Popeyes and leave them under a warmer then serve out of them all day.
