Had the Quesabirria, nachos and ramen. Nachos were my wife’s fave, she doesn’t normally like nachos! She was too full from the nachos to finish the quesabirria but it was still great. I got the ramen and wow, I had to finish it because it was just THAT good.

What an incredible food truck!! I have eaten from many taco trucks, and Birria Mia has won my heart. Not only are the ingredients very fresh and high quality,the presentation of the food is a delight to your eyes. Extremely affordable, I can see why Birria Mia is so popular.Well worth a destination meal.
