Absolute best Birria we’ve ever had. Owners were awesome and recommended what to get. We had a group of 6 that got different items and everything was amazing. The queso tacos in the consomé with a drip of their homemade salsa is one of the best meals of our trip.

The Birria here is excellent! The service is great. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. I will eat here again and again. The Ramen Birria is a unique idea and is very good. My personal favorite is the Birria Burrito! Everyone should give this place a try when in Vegas!

Was leaving the broadacres swap meet and happened to see this food truck parking, decided to give it a go. And glad I did! Food was delicious. I tried the quezabirria, the tacos de birria, and the birria ramen, and a horchata. The Quezabirra is seriously enough for one person but dipping it in the ramen took the food to a 10. The birria tacos are a solid choice, order 2 for a meal though.
