Sometimes I do inspections in this city (not food related), and when I’m in the area I try a different birria spot every time (there’s many). I really like this one. Super tasty. I had 2 tacos de cabeza and 3 tacos dorados de birria with cheese. Both tortilla types were really good. The birria was fresh and the consomé was super tasty, not salty or overpowering. The cabeza was soo good too! Soft and savory. Nothing was too greasy. The red salsa was rich, not watery (Mildly spicy if you’re Mexican, and probably more spicy for those that don’t always eat spicy.. try it anyway). I didn’t try other salsa. All veggies fresh too. The place is very small (only 5 tables). They take Apple Pay. I’ll be back.

I can truly say I am satisfied. The Consome was Bomb! Won me over immediately. The Birria was just perfect. I hope they make Hard shell Tacos ASAP! It was one of the things I was looking forward too. So far this will be my go to spot.

Excellent place for birria. Authentic flavors and great service. Everything looks clean and made on the spot. Handmade tortillas paired with the the consome makes this place different. You will get hooked. A good choice of drinks. Sodas, aguas frescas as well.

Came in with some friends to try out the Birrieria tacos because I heard so many good things about them. Personally not a fan of goat meat, but decided to give it a try anyway. Though they didn’t convert me, I can see why so many people have raved about this place. It was probably the best tasting goat I’ve ever had. Full of flavor and the tortillas are fresh made in house. Also had some Asada tacos that were also very tasty and full of flavor as well. Would definitely come back for the Asada as I said goat just doesn’t do it for me. If you are a fan of goat I think this is a good place to give a try.

This place is bomb! Honestly there are a lot of spots around and we have tried most of them but this is the best around town! The consume is so good and birria is soft and flavorful. We also had the quesadilla, birria tacos and tacos de cachete and they were all so good. The tortillas are handmade and the salsas are fire! No pictures because we ate it all up!

Savory and well seasoned not salty and fork tender meat.. tortillas are hand made and remind the taste of traditional corundas of michoacan. Definitely recommended and enjoy the visit…. only sad part is the size of the dine in. You will agree on missing 5th star.
