A few weeks ago, I went on a whim and decided to check out Birrieria PDX and I’m thrilled that I did. As someone from the Greater Seattle Area, I’ve never had the pleasure of trying taco trucks like these. I ordered the Spider Tacos, Torta, Ramen Birria, Crunch Wrap, Consome, and their Passion Fruit drink, and I must say, everything was aesthetically pleasing and absolutely delicious. Birrieria PDX certainly knows how to create satisfying dishes, and I plan on returning when I’m in the area again.

The food is consistently good but they don’t have sauce for the wet burrito every time I come to eat. I come once a week and it’s the third time they are out. Also, I don’t like having to pull out the skin of the chile in my burrito. Roasted chiles for chile rellenos should be skinned. I just hope someone rectifies this because I love coming here.

I ordered a wet burrito from this place. It was good when I ate it but about an hour or two after eating it I started getting really sick. My head was sweating. My hands got really cold and shaky and I threw up about three times but before I got that food, I felt perfectly fine so I called the store and I told them and all they said was OK sorry and then immediately hung up the phone.

First time birria and it was amazing. Got the regular taco, crunchy taco, and vampiro and all had a distinct experience (fave is regular taco, not always into having cheese in my taco). Will be coming back for sure. Truck is clean and menu items are well presented. Welcome to Gresham!
