Tatemada Goat Birria is our favorite. Service is fast! It is worth it to pay a dolar extra for handmade tortilla per taco! The menudo is perfect, if you don’t feel like doing it yourself. They have Beef Birria Taco with Chicharrón and it is delicious. Oh! If you are a fan of tripa this is the place!

My wife and I waited approximately 25-30 minutes to be sat down. It was worth the wait. My wife had the 1/2 order of birria de res (beef birria/stew) and I had quesatacos de birria de res with handmade tortillas. Keep in mind if you want hand made tortillas they charge $1 extra. With the half order of birria the hand made tortillas come included. I really reccomend it. We will be back soon .

I found this in one bowl of menudo. How is that possible???? Over 5 hairs…*UPDATE* called the place to let them know the worker claims the manager says “maybe it’s the hair from the menudo” and hangs up on me. Will never support this trash place again.

The corn tortillas melt in your mouth. Employees there are attentive and accommodating. I will definitely be back to try something else on their menu. I ordered menudo Rojo con la pata y todo. The place was packed, that’s a good sign.

We love this place. We started going to the one on Broadway in Chila Vista, but when this location opened, We decided to come here. It’s closer to the house and has plenty of parking. It’s the same restaurant so the food is just as delicious. I love the fact that they have authentic birria of chivo and regular birria of beef so both my husband and I can get the kind we love. The menudo is also very delicious, and I love that they have the tendon part as it’s my favorite. I just found out they have pozole with espinazo, so I will be trying that next time. Can’t wait to go again . The service is great, and everyone is so friendly and attentive. There might be a wait to get seated, but it won’t take long, and it’s worth the wait. I highly recommend this place.

I had such a great experience. I have been to this location twice. Once for pick up but this time for dine in. I came in and they sat me right away. I placed my order and I was eating within 10 minutes or so. My favorite part was the fresh handmade tortillas. I ordered the ‘Menudo Blanco’ in the regular size and a ‘Taco de Lengua’ both really amazing options. Horchata was also great and not too sweet! Parking is really easy and the staff was really nice. I will most definitely be coming here again!

Ive been living my whole life in San Diego and this is the best establishment for various mexican food. I used to struggle going to the establishment in Broadway due to parking.They now fixed that here and it is amazing. I would definitely recommend it here for a whole family sunday morning breakfast. 10/10

This a very tight setup of Menudo and Beef soups..that are deep with Mexican Flavors and down home cooking including the beef tongue..with real corn tortillas!!
