Biscuit kings is I like it some of the nest fries when they don’t try and double fry them and think I won’t take them back in for a fresh batch because I do lol. Biscuits be a hit or miss some times it may fall apart or it will be perfect but the food is good.

Once again and time after time I get disappointed. The last several doordash orders I placed each one had raw fries so I thought that I would make a note for crispy fries in which I did. Guess what undercooked, uneatable, and costly. This is unacceptable. Would you feed this to your mother? If you are offering a product and service to sale then at the very least you should make sure the food is cooked correctly and not sent out raw. I’m done with this establishment. I’ll order from #8 instead and wait and pay the difference for my doordash order Maybe they have some common sense. Also, I snapped a pic of your raw fries in case you care to see or are concerned at the least.

I use to love this place,but they have gotten hateful, and they never get my order right. I don’t know about the inside, but the drive thru, they are hateful as hell and make you feel like your a dumbest. And they never smile, the order is always wrong, ihey fix it wrong or they don’t even put it in the bag, I always have to go back and get the rest of my order, I just haven’t been in a while, can’t afford the gas to make 2 trips.

They are starting to lose their touch with the experience of a wholesome breakfast. The fries were old and still served them. The presentation is becoming weak. I hope they turn the motive of quick service around. Being fast is good, but not at the cost of the fresh food and the happiness of the customers. The employees are great but they are directed by the representatives of the company, the management. Please dont become a McDonald’s.
