I’m not from the area, and I ate at Biscuitville several years ago. I remember it being pretty good then. My hosts here in Lynchburg tell me the old building has been torn down and this store is brand new on the same location.

We went through the drive thru and everyone was very nice and the food was just as good as I remember. Two little niggles – it would have been easier to eat my cheesy grits if a spoon had been included and my husband asked for regular creamer for his coffee, instead he got french vanilla.

I called this morning on short notice to place an order for biscuits for a monthly dept meeting I was having. I had made an order with another food chain and had a poor experience so I had to walk away. Biscuitville had less than 10 minutes from the time I called to when I arrived and the order was ready when I got there. The staff was cordial, very professional and well mannered. Thanks for exceeding my expectations.

I was coming here weekly, but the last time I came here- about a month ago, my order was wrong and my English muffin was so hard I could not bite through it. This has never happened before so I figured, we all make mistakes, let me call them (I ordered through drive through). No one picked up and no one called me back. I contacted corporate and asked to be reached out to and nothing. I understand mistakes happen, but to leave me without any contact is unacceptable. I will not be back.

The baloney busiest with egg and cheese is very good. The brits with cheese need help. Plain grits with unmeltes cheese thrown on top is not cheese grits.

Just reopened after a newly constructed building. The people are so friendly which I can only assume comes from management that treats their people well. There is no substitute for the food either. Excellent!
