I usually get a gravy biscuit first thing early in the morning and am never disappointed. The ladies that work there are always nice. A good experience every time. Of course I’m talking about the location on Reynolda Road here in Winston-Salem. Food is always hot and plenty of it. Don’t forget to ask for a doctor dew to drink. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad biscuit from this particular restaurant. Line can be out on the street waiting to get in on a typical morning for drive through so plan for a bit of a wait. Line moves efficiently and any issues the manager will make it right. Grits and other sides good as well.

I’ve been going to this location for a long time and the food is good. I don’t drink sodas so I get tea. But, for about year now the tea is waterd down to sugar water. Tea is not hard to make, I usually go thrru the drive thru. How to make Tea :class 101.

I used to eat here on a somewhat regular basis for breakfast. The food is usually hot and fresh and I had no complaints. I however was disappointed when they changed over their cash register system and did not post anything at the order station. When I got up to the window, they said they did not take apple/android pay anymore through the drive-thru. Then the guy looked at me and was like you can get out and go in or leave without your order. I told them it was very inconsiderate of customers time to let us wait in line for 15 to 20 mins and then order and get to the window and be like go wait in the long line inside or tough luck. I feel as if they could have comped my $7 meal for that day, being that I was a regular customer. This is something Chick-fil-A would have definitely done. It did leave a bad taste and though I do go back, not as much because of that experience. Overall the food is good and the ladies at the drive through are pretty nice.
