This is by far, the absolute slowest Biscuitville in existence. The irony is it’s designed to be an express experience, but that has never been the case. You can get in and out of a line wrapped around the building at a Biscuitville on Huffman in under 15 minutes. You’re lucky to be out of the S Church location in under 25 minutes with 6 cars in the line.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location since it has reopened but I have been 4 times and each time I have come to this particular location, something is wrong with my order. I’m not happy being that this location is close to my home but they need to get it together. Today was the last straw….my sweet tea taste like water.

The employees were nice. But I drove all the way home after asking for scrambled eggs on both the biscuits I got just to find out they weren’t scrambled when I got home. I also miss the iconic octagon building where you could go in and sit down at this location.

This is a renewed location with drive thru and walk up ordering. If you walk up there are a couple of picnic tables to wait or stay and eat. There’s a lot of busy street noise and everyone in Burlington honks their horns at any living thing. Not much parking. The drive thru moves rather quickly.

Ham biscuit was nothing but a plain biscuit. WTH. Where’s The Ham. Biscuit didn’t even have any flavor, no butter no salt. Watermelon lemonade is just tangy lemonade with chunks of watermelon in it. Sweet tea was nothing but water with a drop of unsweetened tea. Will never go back.

The food is so worth the wait! There were dual lines and I went through the drive thru which was quick and efficient for a very busy Sunday morning. The staff were so friendly. Especially the young lady that handed me my food at the window. She had a smile that just lit up the day and was so sweet and friendly despite how busy and stressful it could have been for her. She really made my day! I wish I had asked for her name. I ordered the breakfast platter which was a huge amount of food and absolutely delicious !

I stopped in at this Biscuitville for a free sausage biscuit today. I had filled out the survey online and decided to redeem it today. The restaurant is clean, and has a very high sanitation grade and the staff is very friendly and even checked on me after I was seated to make sure I was doing okay. The biscuit was delicious and didn’t make it long enough for me to get a picture.
