I came to this location as normal. Wasnt even that busy came around 12:45pm got my 3 stack pancake platter an they pancakes were literally tiny like the size of a biscuit. I told her I know they make ‘em bigger cause I’ve been served bigger pancakes before plus they were dry..they cashier was very rude a just act like she couldn’t be wrong I wouldn’t even have her working a window..an another thing they even forgot my bacon. It’s always something with this location I rather go else where service has went downhill..they gave me a refund but that’s beyond the point of me making a fuss disappointed for sure

First time visit. BF is quite fond of breakfast and we don’t have this restaurant back home so we took a chance. It was a bit more fast food styled than I expected, in terms of building and ordering. The food was great. Fresh and hot. Biscuits were good, tasty. I adored my fried steak biscuit and he enjoyed his ultimate sausage biscuit. I recommend going with the fries, instead of the hash browns. Nothing special with either but at least you get more with the fries. Service was great, friendly staff. Will visit again if in area.

The lady that took my order was very friendly. And the food is always great! I am worried that they have someone taking orders outside with no fan or shelter in the heat. She didn’t say anything about the heat but if you are going to have employees outside you need to offer the necessities. You’re telling me a billionaire corporation can’t afford the bare necessities for employees? Management shouldn’t even make someone go outside in this heat.

Went to grab breakfast after a long 16 hour night shift. I ordered just a chicken biscuit. The line was long but moved steadily. My problem is that when I received my biscuit, it was completely flat and fell apart in my hands. They mustve given me one of the new biscuits, but i wanted the original, thick, and fluffy one. I normally love their biscuits. This time was very lackluster. The biscuits was barely there and the chicken was thin and overcooked. It was chewy like jerky. I just want the quality to go back to how it was.

Has to be the BEST place in town to get a fresh, hot breakfast…EVERYTHING IS MADE FRESH! The line may be long at times, but the cashier drive thru cashier tries her hardest, and it’s definitely worth the wait!!! Best Breakfast in Lexington, HANDS DOWN!!!
