Once again this location disappoints. They make you wait even when you are the only car in line. I called and complained and the lady I spoke with was rude and dismissive. I explained that usually on a Saturday/Sunday, the line would be out to Battleground Ave and how bad of a business decision it was to close the indoor dining area. She proceeded to argue with me and stated business was “great”. I told her she was delusional. If they want to focus on drive thru only, that is their decision. But they better be damn good at drive thru only. Unfortunately, they are not. I grew up going to this biscuitville and I can assure you I know how good it use to be and how busy they use to be. This is a picture from Friday June 30th at 0830am. Does it look busy to y’all? Pictures don’t lie. The rude customer service lady told me the drive thru service times are way down and she seemed really proud. I told her the times are down because fewer customers and less business. Not so sure she could comprehend.

Wow, what a waste of $8! Long wait in the drive-through at 12pm on a Sunday. Got home and found lukewarm, old coffee, a smashed biscuit, and an old, stale tasting hash brown. Disgusting! Didn’t get a receipt either. I won’t be back to this location.

Arrived at the window gave my name and told server what I ordered. Young nonchalant guy says” I got you”… proceeds to give me a bag of items that was Not what I ordered! He did not take the time to check the bag before handing it to me even after I JUST TOLD him what was in my order. They had intentions to give the order back out so I said I’d keep it. I should have dropped it out the window. They decided not to give me my order or receipt. Very unprofessional “leader on duty” told me I would not get a receipt and closed the window. They did not provide my initial order and I didn’t have time to stay to make my point as I was running late for somewhere. This was the worst experience of service I’ve had and the employees need to be more professional. I will follow up with a complaint to HQ yet it will be complex since the raggedy staff did not give me a receipt for what I paid for. I understand COVID has reduced quality service nationwide so at the end of the day this was the worst Covid hired duo I’ve encountered. SMH do better biscuitville……

The service here was above and beyond what I expected for a chain restaurant. Matthew took my order and had great enthusiasm. I almost forgot how employees act if they enjoy their job. My chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit was delicious and was priced right. As they were about to close, they made sure I didn’t need anything else. The manager, Josh, was very polite as I was heading out. I will definitely return here and highly recommend anybody else to do the same.
