Biscuit heaven! This store was so cute. Loved all the homey, country vibes. Fun to see biscuit being prepared right up front, with a mirror above to you don’t miss a pass of the rolling pin. Employees were so friendly and welcoming: from our order taker who was patient and helpful with our questions to the order server who apologized for the wait (of maybe 3 minutes?) and wished us a good day. We enjoyed our biscuit sandwiches – and indeed had a great day!

This restaurant blows away the competition! Pancakes, hash browns and sausage egg biscuits were all delicious. The dining room looks brand new and very unique. Bathroom was nice too! Wife wanted Biscuitville, so I searched Google maps for Biscuitville, found this one enroute and it was right off of interstate 85, so we went for it and was completely satisfied at the choice and decision to go with this one specifically!

I purchased and paid for 2 Cinnamon Rolls. The cashier was trying to put them in little boxes so as not to get crushed when the woman from the drive thru pushed her way in and decided to steal my rolls. I had already had a issue with this place because the berry pies don’t look anything like the ones advertised on tv. So DJ gave me a cinnamon roll instead. So the drive thru woman looked in my bag and assumed I already had 2 rolls and she stole one of the ones I paid for and told me I didn’t need three. I asked her what right did she have to assume I only needed 2 and she said “Whatever!!” I will NEVER go back to this place while this bunch of rude women are still employed here. I have called and sent a letter to the corporate office.

Extremely slow. The service was amazing however some employees are unwilling to help when they are behind. Very unprofessional. We did wait an hour altogether. The food could have been better. I don’t recommend the eggs at all.

My boyfriend accidentally threw the strawberry muffin away so I asked the cashier if I could get a replacement. Initially, he was going to charge me so I left. But he ran out and got me and the lady in the back gave me a free replacement. It meant a lot. I appreciated her gesture and I highly recommend this location because of that type of service to customers.

I’m very disappointed in the level of service my family received today 03/26/23 after providing Traci the GM feedback on orders being incorrect or items missing from orders just 3 weeks prior. She expressed that my feedback would be used as a coaching moment for her staff. However, it just appears to be repetitive behavior at this point, which is frustrating and irritating for me and my family as consumers… we didn’t get what we paid for parts of the order were missing, and some of the orders were incorrect. We did not have the time to return to the restaurant to pick up the missing items, but we shouldn’t have to inconvenience ourselves to do so. Highly dissatisfied…
