We went inside to eat. They were very busy. The employees were nice. All tables in the dining area needed to be wiped off. As the rush was over, the employees started restocking the condiments and cleaning up. They have the best brewed sweet tea. Reasonable prices for the amount of food you get.

What is going on? I normally get great food at this location. This Saturday was just awful. My pork chop tasted like it was fried with a country ham. It was dried out and almost burnt. I ordered two Strawberry muffins that were hard as rocks. The flavor wasn’t even good. I feel like I just throw money out the window.

Biscuitville is always a quick way to get breakfast. It’s usually great! However, these strawberry pancakes were awful! They looked inedible. Not appealing at all. I still tried the middle one despite and it wasn’t good. I won’t purchase these again

The food was good as always. The cashier was cussing at her ex-boyfriend and giving him the bird. Then the cook kept talking trash to her with customers trying to give their orders. I had to give my order 3 times. The manager heard and saw everything but said nothing. This was the Durham location next to Hardee’s. The drive-thru looked fine. This is our first experience with the Biscuitville chain. We went through the drive thru for a quick bite to eat. The woman who took our order just seemed to have a foul attitude as soon as we arrived to the ordering machine, but normally I don’t care about that except the food we received was awful. My sausage, egg, and cheese and my girlfriend’s bacon biscuit were bother lackluster but not awful either. The worst and unacceptable portion of our food which is why I give this is a one star: I additionally ordered the fried steak biscuit and it was actually delicious. But towards the middle of the biscuit, I noticed a weird texture only to find that the middle of the biscuit had not been cooked all the way through and there was a hefty amount of pink raw meat. All around, this was a terrible experience.

Place was filthy. Service poor. Ordered biscuit with porkchop. It was some kind of processed meat which was mushy. Requested to go muffins too. They were wrapped in paper that didn’t cover the muffins and just placed on tray. They didn’t give me my cinnamon muffin. Had to go back and ask for it and a bag which was too small for my to go muffins. My request seemed like it was a tremendous effort. Coffee and drink station was also filthy.

Honestly this is my favorite breakfast spot. The food is always hot and the biscuits are done! YES!! My favorite steak egg and cheese. Yum the only problem is is that the stores are disappearing. So if you can find that location stick with it.
