Excellent manager and professional service provided by drive thru worker. The food was typical fast food. My pancake platter was cold when I was ready to eat it about 10 mns after purchase. I do feel like Biscuitville is extremely over priced in regards to value vs. worth. I just always seem to feel as though I have wasted my $ after I go to Biscuitville. It is in no way a reflection on the management or staff, they cook what is provided across the board, at each like franchise. I just cant seem to pair the price with the quality of their product. Just a personal opinion.

Let me start by saying the score is 96 ♀️ once again, I did not see the score until after we ordered. The grits were so cold they didn’t melt the cheese and they were bland. We added salt, but apparently, we needed a bottle of morton the egg on the sausage biscuits were cold. The Cuban was decent but put together sloppy sauce EVERYWHERE The owner should come order some food from their restaurant since they are allowing others to buy junk 30+ dollars wasted RUN ♀️

For them to be sooo busy, they have never messed up my order. I think they may be under staffed like most of our towns businesses. But the people that do work there really hustle to get the drive thru down. It’s worth the wait to me

Great Service but when it comes too the food two of my family’s dishes came cold, including mine. I would come again but I hope are food would be warm then, I got the Steak Biscuit and cheese grits. Thank you for the food tho

I’m such a fan. Whenever we drive through NC, the whole family looks forward to chicken biscuit and breakfast sandwiches as well as fresh fruit sodas. The people working at every location are friendly and the sometimes very long lines move quite quickly. This place makes me want to invest in a franchise. It would make a killing where I live.

We had never been to a Biscuitville, and boy am I glad we went. We were greeted warmly and welcomed upon arrival. The restaurant was clean and maintained, but the best part was the food. Biscuits were the best, biscuits and gravy, with eggs and smoked sausage was terrific. I wish there was a Biscuitville in Mishawaka, IN.

Ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese English muffins/biscuits. They were barely warm, flat, and one was made with two bottom pieces. One of our hashbrowns was perfect, the other’s were way underdone.
