These people are crooks! They sometimes charge $3 extra for no reason (“open food” charge). Bistro 2121 has also charged me for fries on a few occasions, even though they are free with a grilled cheese order (which is why I started ordering on Grubhub). Unfortunately, they have a history of canceling Grubhub orders. Their system that accepts Grubhub orders has been “broken” for months, and today they *forced* me to cancel my Grubhub order. They are unprofessional; sometimes menu items are unavailable because “it’s Friday”. And one time they messed up my customized order. Steer clear!
