Bistro 221 is a great find! The decor was fantastic as all of my party enjoyed that huge brick wall. We celebrated our 2023 Grad with the splendid brunch and mimosas, the food was fantastic from the stone ground grits with shrimp or fried fish, the French toast was very light and airy and my nephew loved the chicken and waffles, mimosas were very flavorful too. Exceptional service from the staff from beginning to end, thanks Emma!

This place is quite a unique find, the brick work is amazing, the design inside is just as amazing. Our bartender Rachel was great!! Rachel put together a really great fresh vegetable vegetarian quesadilla for my wife, I had the Parlor St burger which was cooked on a flat top which makes for a great burger!! The fries that are served are really one of a kind. They are called side winders.

Wow! What a fabulous gem in St. George! Rachel was our server and we loved her and her knowledge of every dish we asked about. Great portion sizes! We will be back to taste the rest of the menu as we frequently travel taking hwy 78. Looked like they have an amazing alcohol selection as well, but we didn’t try it.

This place was wonderful. They seemed a bit understaffed as do most places these days. However, even with a large group and only one server – all drink and food orders were correct as were checks. The burger was well seasoned and the pasta seemed homemade (not a bite was left on our plates). If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be stopping by.

We have been to Bistro 221 several times since it has been under new management. The chef and owner Todd has redone the menu. Each time we go, we try something new. And we have not been disappointed! The food is amazing! The atmosphere is wonderful! And the staff is the nicest group of people you will ever meet. Please go try it out, and find out for yourself!
