The steak and egg sandwich with lettuce, tom, pickled onions and chipotle aioli on brioche was superb! I’ve been in the restaurant business for 30+ years and after being a patron at all the local breakfast restaurants on Atwood Ave and nearby I feel Bistro Cafe has the mostmost flavorful food. Don’t miss out on this spot.

We stopped in to try Bistro Cafe because our usual spot was too busy. After eating here once, this will be our new spot! The service was friendly and prompt, food was fresh and delicious, and prices are very reasonable. I had the crab cakes Benedict special, the crab cakes were perfectly seasoned and full of crabmeat. Coffee was good and I never had to wait for a refill. This place is a gem and a welcome addition to Cranston’s wonderful list of restaurants.

All three of us were very pleased with breakfast. The croissant bacon and egg sandwich with greens, avocado and aioli (a special) was a nice change from just cheese. The others loved the hash (try the skillet) and and we all thought the potatoes were outstanding. The decor is simple, but the dining room is bright, clean and comfortable and you couldn’t ask for better service. Outdoor seating is available. Great find!

The real deal! Everything is FRESH and homemade, the most flavorful food around. Taco shells made by hand – chourico benedict – so tasty and unique, can’t get anything like this around here. Can’t recommend enough!

Came in just around closing and was welcomed with smiles and fantastic service today. I ordered the chicken avocado ranch sandwich and it was the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever tasted. The sandwich was huge as well. This was just what I needed after a strenuous delivery at work. Definitely coming back when I get another route in the area or in my free time.

I don’t think I will ever go to this place again horrible experience. The first time I went was about a month ago we sat outside and waited at least 20 minutes for someone to come take our order then almost an hour to get our food. Not once not twice but three times I had to send my food back because they kept making it wrong. Husband son and mother in law were done eating by the time I got my food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because there was an event Going on and they were busy they even gave us a gift certificate for the trouble which i appreciated. Well we decided to give them another try today but never again. We waited again almost an hour for our food and it was all ice cold. I asked the waitress for butter and she never brought it and when I mentioned the cold food she said nothing gave a dirty look and didn’t even apologize. She said she would tell her manager but no one came back to talk to us. We waited almost an hour for cold food and didn’t get what we asked for but didn’t want to send anything back in fear we would of waited another hour for our food. It wasn’t even that busy people came in after we did and got their food before us. Never again they lost my business.
