Went to the Bistro House in Hastings today. They have so many lovely and creative sandwiches. Today my mom and I tried out the Bistro House Sandwich..Egg, Applewood Smoked Bacon and Cheese on a homemade English Muffin. So much care goes into their food. The chefs Angelo and Anthony are wonderful. I never go in without asking what their mom baked. She has made some Italian pastries that are fresh and amazing. All the desserts look great, but I’m partial to her food made with love!

Great dining experience and very creative menu. Angelo and Antonio are the best when it comes to cooking and serving for customers. Family is very old school and make you feel right at home. Try the homemade pistachio oreo cheesecake!

Great addition to the neighborhood in downtown Hastings. The BH special was delicious- slow cooked brisket, cheese and caramelized onions . Definitely will be back and recommend. Very cute spot!

For six months now I’ve been a devoted patron of this hidden Hastings gem. Their brisket sandwich initially won me over. Their chix scarp is Heaven sent. The Shrimp Fra Diavlo with clams or mussels is freaking unbelievable. Antonio is a Michelin star caliber chef, and the casual ambience makes you feel right at home.

Nice staff. Mediocre food. Mediocre breakfast sandwich. French toast that talks up the bourbon maple syrup on the menu and then gives you some fake Smuckers garbage. Then no apology or offer to substitute and charges you for it (despite not eating it). Also, why no check? Just a verbal number for 6x people to pay. Weird.

What a gem! Very interesting menu. I had the Shrimp Po Boy with Old Bay fries. It was hard to pick from the amazing sandwich menu. Generous portion of shrimp, great balance with the slaw on toasted Brioche. Dessert was a ricotta pie… light and fluffy… tasty. These chefs can cook!
