‘Bistronomy by Nico’ serves French/Asian cuisine which was our big draw. This restaurant is my “go to” when in Charleston.

Took my family for Father’s Day dinner, and it exceeded my expectations. Restaurant is very welcoming. Kristen was a pleasure and very informative. All of our food was incredibly delicious. Started with escargot dumplings, goat cheese spring rolls, and tomato burrata. The kids said the spring rolls were the best! I personally loved the dumplings. For entrée we had scallops, short ribs, duck confit ramen, steak frites, and lobster. We all had a bit of each other’s meals, and nobody was disappointed. Also had the creme brulle that we shared for dessert. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing!! So I have to say that I came here for brunch and everything about my experience was outstanding! Our server Phillip was amazing and was very attentive and informed not only about the menu but the interesting history of the restaurant owner and his story.

I will start by saying out service was unmatched. Every employee was attentive and helpful. The appetizers were also very good as well as the desserts. The baguette was unbelievably good.

Brunch was terrific. We had burrata with heirloom tomatoes, the Benedict tartine, fruit, and the brunch burger. All were delicious and the service was attentive but not overbearing. It wasn’t crowded and we were able to take our time. Would definitely eat here again.

Not sure why this place isn’t more busy on a Monday night – the food and cocktails (specifically the ‘Cot on Fire and Passion of Yuzu) were fantastic! Corina, the bartender led us through the menu and didn’t steer us wrong. The mussels with fries and side of bread are a must order, the scallops with the coconut rice and the bouillabaisse were really tasty. The Chocolate Mousse dessert was like 3 full portions of mousse! Come visit! Tuesday’s are half off bottles of wine and they are open on Mondays.

We love this place and have been several times and NEVER had a disappointment…ever. Staff is well trained and friendly, food is freshly made every time. First time I’ve ever tried frog legs and I was so pleasantly surprised. We always go for the coconut rice and the goat cheese egg roll things are consistently delish!

This place has it all – an incredibly welcoming atmosphere, attentive and knowledgeable servers (Dalton was AMAZING), great food, AND great cocktails. Between my partner and I, I think we tried 80% of the cocktails on the list while we were there. There are so many great places to eat in Charleston, but I really enjoyed this one.

Loved our server Jeff. Wonderful menu. Needs to turn up the flavors a bit. The mussels would have been great if the broth had more seasoning and coconut milk. They were fresh and plump though. And bread should be complimentary with your meal in my opinion. We will try again because the menu is great.

The vibe in Bistronomy is AMAZING!! As soon as you walk in you feel at home and so welcomed. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable and the mixologist are definitely masters of their craft (cocktails). The appetizers were well done and just enough to keep you hungry for the entrees. The lobster was done nicely and we absolutely loved the coco rice. The fish was perfectly done and the Brussels fried to perfection. Can’t wait to come back and see how the menu has changed.
