Okay, just being totally transparent and honest, my husband and I visited Bit Burger and fully expected just kind of gimmicky, cute place with food that was just alright. We’ve been to geeky attractions before and had food that was much more focused on theme than quality. But, Bit Burger is a stand out place! All of the menu items were pretty perfectly themed, but the quality of the food was even better! We cannot believe this restaurant isn’t more widely known! The atmosphere is fun and exciting, there’s a lot of nostalgia to take in just while sitting at your seat, and the staff was so kind and helpful. Bit Burger has also cultivated an inclusive and safe atmosphere among each of their sister locations (Space Bar and Token Game Tavern) that is really appreciated especially in the Knoxville area. The burgers are excellent and with the option to add a variety of different toppings or even build your own burger, you could easily try something new every time! Even if you can’t stay for a meal, at least try their milkshakes which were totally awesome and really a treat to look at as well!

The atmosphere is fun for all ages. While we were there we kept noticing water dripping from the ceiling tiles. The burgers were decent. I asked for the kids meal and when the side didn’t come out we were charged $2 more than a kids meal to get my son fries. Not much interaction with employees. Were told at the door we could order from the table, but couldn’t get the web page to load. Overall just a mediocre experience.

Great addition to Knoxville! Highly recommend the Philly Chicken with mushrooms and the fried cheese curds. Waffle fries were good. I prefer their regular waffle fries to the sweet potato ones, but both were enjoyable. And don’t forget the milkshake! Got a classic milkshake and it was large enough for my husband and me to share.

Ok, I definitely don’t mean to be too critical on this one because Bit Burger is a pretty cool concept, and I think they have amazing potential… I would for sure try them again to see just how consistent the cooks actually are or are not.

What a fun and nostalgic place to eat. I loved the options for burgers. The fact that they were thin, nicely caramelized patties made it even nicer.

Went here with my mom, dad, and sister and everything came up to about $70 with a starter. The food was very good I loved the hot honey tenders and I loved the atmosphere of the place and everyone was friendly. The only take away is the outside of the building like when we rode by it didn’t look promising but when we stepped inside it was actually very nice and different i really liked the 80’s style. Overall I would love to go here again when we’re back in town.

Wow! This place rocks. The burgers are awesome. The milkshakes though, are in a class by themselves. TOTAL AWESOMENESS!!! Just go there, and don’t count calories. 🙂

I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I ordered The Smash Bro double with potato fries and The chili dog. I wanted the Korean style corn dog but they were missing an ingredient unfortunately. The hot dog tasted good, but the entire thing fell apart with one bite, I was piecing together every bite after that. The smash burger was perfect exactly what I wanted, wouldn’t change a thing. For those wondering if the sweet potatoes fries are sweet, they are not which I prefer anyway.

Went today for my husband’s birthday and it was like walking into our childhood! Every time I looked at the wall I saw something new. The burgers were excellent and the shakes even better! Highly recommend!!!
