My husband and I come here about once a month and typically bring our friends as well as recommend this place to anyone traveling up to incline. The servers are so wonderful and food is beyond amazing. I am always so disappointed by the interaction I have with the owner which is why I cannot rate this restaurant 5 stars. She is the first to greet you as you walk in and it’s not a very warm or welcoming encounter and she makes no effort that she appreciates your business. It’s also impossible to get into contact with someone to make any alterations with your reservations and the excuse it that they do not have a receptionist. As a business owner, you need to be able to respond to your customers else don’t have a phone number where people can call and leave a message.

This has long been our favorite restaurant in Incline, but I was inspired to write this review because although we’ve long known how *amazing* the food is, tonight the staff demonstrated outstanding compassion, care, and patience and that is not something we humans can take for granted these days. The owner/manager was dealing with a difficult patron who didn’t want to sit next to a particular group of people. She was flexible, solution-oriented, and patient as this poor pair of people exhibited some unfortunate behavior that I will spare the reader. Long after most managers would have kicked the pair out, she and they were able to come to a solution and hopefully they are enjoying some relaxing wine and delicious food now as we speak. The rest of the staff have always been so great, it was no surprise to see this compassionate culture exhibited, but bears a special shout out. P.S. the scallops were transcendent!! Thanks Bite team for all you put together!!

Super unique interior decor that sets the mood for a good social meal. This is as TAPAS place so dishes are meant to be shared. Very creative drink menu and some interesting cocktails on their menu. Insane wine list – major points for that. Do be warned, it takes some time to get your food so be patient, make a reservation, and be prepared to enjoy your time there. The server was super nice in explaining why our food took so long, as it was a Saturday night and they fill FAST. There is a bar area and a room to the left for a nicer sit down time (the menus are the exact same).

My husband and I have been in incline for 3 years now and have tried all the food spots. We have only been here one time due to the nature of the restaurant: it heavily relies on tapas and is on the more expensive side but super delicious! Unfortunately I felt I had to order a lot in order to get full and the bill just kept adding up. That being said, I still give it 5 stars because the food was super delicious. It’s great for people with a small appetite or just want tapas.

We enjoyed dinner here for our Anniversary celebration. The deviled eggs were delicious. We came close to closing so it wasn’t busy and the atmosphere was perfect. The new York strip was the perfect size proportion and the fried chicken sliders were very tasty. The dessert menu wasn’t very intriguing but overall a wonderful gem of a place. Highly recommend.
