If you are a fan of sliders, fries, wings, and shakes, then slide right over to Bitez over at the West Covina Mall. All of their menu is so delicious, and the best part of it is that practically the entire menu is baked! Meaning you get none of that oily feeling after a meal! They have a great variety of sliders to choose from and some unique special ones like their Loco Moco Slider. I am also a fan of their fries, crispy and tasty without the guilt. Go check them out!

The customer service is A1 like the sauce, which compliments how good the food tasted. I’m big on food and these burgers easily went to my top 2 but it’s not number 2. Also, the horchata shake is exquisite. Their Bitez sauce is also very good and compliments the elements on the slider.

Loved the concept. Quick and fast. Not your traditional fast food. Definitely enjoyed the chicken slider. Baked with a nice slight crisp and moist center. Baked fries seasoned perfectly not over bearing. The burgers felt light in the belly. Didnt have that heavy feeling that I ate to much. They are light and perfect combo with the sauce and sweet bun. Service was great.

Bitez specializes in sliders, fries, and shmakes, but with a healthier twist since all the food is baked and the shmakes are hybrid smoothie milkshakes. I came by on a Friday night for dinner with the fam, and we all decided to order the Megabitez, the Bitez flight, an order of fries, and some shmakes for the three of us to share. Everything was prepared and baked to order, so all the food came out fresh and hot, and as for the shmakes, they came out freshly blended.

This is a fantastic local burger shop! The customer service was outstanding and the food came out super quickly. The strawberry shake was delicious and tart, and the burger flight was a unique way to try all their best flavors! Also, everything here is baked, which was SHOCKING to us because these were some of the most flavorful and crispy fries I’ve ever had. I love and highly recommend Bitez as a place with a healthier take on the everyday burger!

The sliders are good, kinda expensive for what you get. $3.5ea They are served on Hawaiian Rolls with a special sauce all with a think is a white American cheese. The sauce taste like mayo ketchup mix. I wish they had more options bc they all kinda taste the same. “Sweet” They are good but feel like they could be better.
