Bitol is a Mexican Restaurant with a touch of passion and creativity, mixing the most exotic Mexican flavors to provide a modern menu with a chic dining experience. Bitol was named after Mayan mythology, meaning God of Sky.
Our goal is to bring a warm establishment that has smart modern features, comfortable décor and excellent cuisine to the Clifton area. Quality of service and food will be the main focus. We will be serving Brunch, Lunch and Dinner to families, socializing friends, business people looking for a relaxing lunch or excitement after work and large groups for special events and parties.

Food was fantastic! Service was the best, our waiter was friendly and made sure we always had our drinks refilled and gave us great tips on what we should try. Atmosphere was very inviting. It was my husband’s birthday and wanted to try something local. I’ve always heard great things about Bitol and wanted to give it a try, I’m sure glad we did. Definitely going back soon! Highly recommended!!

I booked a reservation for my wife’s birthday brunch party (July 23rd) for about 20 guests. I spoke to Franklin on the phone a week prior to discuss the details. When we arrived the place was decorated so nice, the service was amazing. The food was fresh and the all the drinks were handmade and on point. It was a great atmosphere almost like we rented out the entire restaurant. I would recommend Bitol to especially for brunch and happy hour. Thank you everyone for making my wife surprise birthday brunch party special..

This is the second time I’ve been there and they never disappoint. We got there around 6pm and I would say Thats the perfect time if you don’t want to wait to be seated. We’ve sat at the bar both times just out of preference. The bartenders are all super nice and knowledgeable about their liquor. It’s fun watching the creative drinks get made in real time. I ordered the pork birria tacos and they’re always delicious. The frozen margarita flights were a perfect way to sample their different flavors without committing to a big drink. Overall the atmosphere, food and service is always great here and I’ll definitely be returning.

This is my go to spot, it’s like my Cheers! The staff is super friendly and the service is amazing! The drinks are tasty and very cute. I have too many favorites off the menu to list but my go to drink is the smoky pineapple. So tasty! They also do themed nights for the holidays, etc.
