The food is pretty decent however the lady who takes the orders is rude and need better customer service and phone etiquette. My husband called to place an order, she answers the phone stating the restaurant name, she then get quiet. My husband says “hello” because she never said anything else after answering the phone. A moment of silence clearly! He proceeds with the order. She doesn’t say thank you, have a great day or anything. She literally hung it! Things like this will make others not want to support. Customer service is EVERYTHING! Do better

They need training on phone edicate. They don’t have a voicemail and they ALWAYS run out of gumbo. Least have the hours of operation set up when customers call. They do have good gumbo that I can say but unfortunately they never seem to stay open. How can you support a business that never stays open. Tried to support this business again 3-18-2022 Sorry, to say that the gumbo has changed very disappointing. The gumbo was very cheaply made this time. How is that? What happened to the old gumbo? It looked like they had cut up hot dogs and very tiny shrimp. Not sure what went wrong the food has got worse. Sad to say when we try to support this
