BJ’s Kountry Kitchen had a more modest goal – to cook meals no more complex nor costly than what hard-working people eat at home and serve it in a fast-paced, responsive restaurant. And now, responding to our growing customer base, we include on our menu additional choices for Senior Citizens and Children, a selection of lower-calorie and non-cholesterol dishes, and new combinations of some old favorites. Never is never a good word to use in the restaurant business. But I never want BJ’s Kountry Kitchen to look, taste, and feel like a carbon copy eatery. Our food is cooked by cooks, served by servers, and eaten by people. And that’s an experience as individual as each of us and frankly unique in today’s busy restaurant market.

The waitress was amazing unfortunately this was the 2nd worst breakfast I can remember having anywhere. It looked good on reviews but it was a lower grade of Dennys. The country fried steak was way over cooked and meat tasted borderline rotten. Could NOT cut with fork. Eggs and hashbrowns were done correctly. The bacon was almost petrified. The French toast was only dipped on one side. It was very dry. I usually try other items with a place that served bad meal but this experience was so bad , I won’t even come back.

Bon appetit! Eggs benedict, Kountry fried steak, kids French toast, biscuits and gravy you can’t go wrong. Everything was delicious with smiles all around. Kids were given a coloring menu along with some loop cereal while their food came out. Adorable country setting with great service makes it a must try! This was our first time and we’ll be going again.

One of my favorite breakfast restaurants in the Fresno-Clovis area. Great family business too. Very large portions and endless coffee. Great place for business date as there is places to be seated where there’s a measure of privacy. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is outstanding & the food is delicious. The biscuits are made from scratch, you can tell by the fluffiness of them & there’s no shortage of gravy poured on top of the biscuits. We had breakfast & it’s always delicious. You know it’s good food when there’s a line around the building. Get there early, they close at 2 or 3pm.

Fast service and excellent food. Just under $20 including tax for a French toast 3 piece, 2 eggs, 2 bacon + coffee. All the food was great. Hot, fresh & strong but not bitter coffee. The decor could use some freshening up in all areas. The womens restroom needed cleaning already by 9:30am. However they were very busy on the weekday morning that i stopped in. My breakfast was not very relaxing because of a family with a toddler who kept occasionally screaming at the top of her lungs when she didn’t get what she wanted immediately. But that isn’t anything the staff can fix. It was bearable since I got my food so fast! If you can handle a few minor cons, the dining room is clean, the staff is friendly & attentive, and the French toast combo was delightful. Stop in and enjoy the homestyle country meals! I will visit again next time I’m in Fresno.

Food is fantastic, well-portioned, service is friendly and staff has great relationships with regular patrons, adding to the quality home country vibe. Coffee is always full, clean tables, no matter how busy they get. Tried something new at the recommendation of the waitress, glad I did… And the biscuits’n’gravy are just like we do back home in the South. Great find!

Went here and I got the meat lover omelette it took about 45 minutes just to get my plate the omelette was over cooked. And the filling was still cold overall I don’t recommend. I had the worst experience here bad service, the sever was not attentive. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.
