My family and I have been here multiple times so we semi-know what’s on the menu. Came here last Saturday after a trip to Hurrican Harbor to enjoy dinner and from the moment we were seated our server seem like he didn’t want to be there at all. After ordering appetizers he never gave us plates nor silverware. Not to mention he was never around so we had to ask the nice lady that brought our second appetizer out for the items. Our server had a weird attitude that even politely asking for a refill he would say he got us and proceeded to speak to his co-worker infront of us. The poor service just ruined our appetite. Management I hope you guys improve the service and once in a while walk the restaurant making sure everyone is getting taken care of.

Upon arriving the hostess greeted me with a friendly welcomed and offered me bar/cocktail seating or dining room seating. I chose to sit in the bar area and was greeted in a timely manner. The server was great, he gave me suggestions as to what drink from the beer and cocktail menu and answered any questions I had about the menu. Overall a great experience, definitely recommending this place!

The date was Sat. July 8, at 4:00 PM. We were referred to BJ’s by an attendant TMobile. Upon entering the establishment to be seated, the ladies at the front desk seemed to have come up with every excuse to not seat us at a booth or table. We even heard one of them say, “I don’t want anybody else in my station.” We got the message loud and clear, then promptly left, and headed to the wonderful Salt Creek Grille across the street. Once there, Joseph and Zach took care of us with warm hospitality and graciousness.

Decided to come here over Cheesecake Factory… I regret that now because this has been the most confusing and unpleasant service that I have had. The server couldn’t explain what happy hour was or even when It was. She was passive aggressive and didn’t explain things well. My friend and I ordered chicken Alfredo, a mini pizza, and the kick’n chicken sandwich for us to share because we were starving. My friend also got the macaroni bites as an appetizer. Her appetizer came out hot but the rest of the food was lukewarm and cold, the Alfredo pasto was missing the garlic knots and the sandwich was missing the sauce and the fries. I flag down a waiter because my waiter was no where in sight and tell her that the food was cold. Our waiter pops out of no where and says she will take them and have it remade. Ok, once the food came out it was hot and had everything it was missing. Our waiter comes back and tells us they would take the cold food items off the bill and the appetizer as well as give us a free desert. We get the bill and they only took off the appetizer. You h e to pay by phone so we pull it up and the bill is $27 dollars more than what our total was. The desert was in the bill and we ask the waiter and she said it may just be an error and to just pay. We flag down a manager because she disappears for the untenth time that night then pops back up when we are speaking with the manager. The manger starts to walk away as we are speaking with him and says oh we took off for the first round of food. Well the waitress didn’t explain anything correctly so we thought they were taking off the food. I’m never going back there. The server was awful in communication and snapped at us by stating “do you want free food.” That is the most disrespectful thing I had said to me. Because she did not explain anything correctly. Her customer service was horrible and so was the manager. He is a manager and should have taken care of our situation. Instead he started to walk away when I was talking to him. This experience ruined our night. Do not go to BJS.

So the music was nice and the pazookies are amazing, however they served me a raw burger and now I have food poisoning. They did give me a new burger but this one was overcooked and they only comped the raw burger, which is fair I guess but it doesn’t make up for the food poisoning. The server needed to be reminded multiple times to get me a box.
