Nice, quiet, rainy afternoon in Salinas. Sat in the bar area. Prompt, courteous service. Tasty drinks. $17 Nachos were really big and good, but $17 nachos is a little pricey for an appetizer. Spent a total of about $40. Place was clean, quiet, and everything you’d expect from BJ’s.

I have celiac disease and have to stay away from gluten. Our waitress Alejandra also has celiac and helped me order so I can eat safely. I appreciate her so much and the extra effort she took to make sure my food was not cross contaminated. ❤️ The food was so good and service was great!

Best dining experience ever!! Not only did the managers and sever handle our last minute dinner reservations mix up with ease they brought out hot food and drinks without missing a beat. The food and drinks were delicious. Thank you steven, evelyn and staff for making my sons graduation dinner a memorable one. Highly recommend the buffet style dinner event for any size group, you will definitely enjoy the food, drinks and service.

Ordered an 8oz filet and was served a Ribeye. I asked to speak to the manager and Joey Shepard the manager arrived at our table. I explained what happened and just wanted what I ordered. He just said we do not serve Ribeye when Filet is ordered. He was unwilling to even admit maybe a mistake was made. He said the same thing 4 times and walked away. Very poor management style. I was not looking for a free meal just what I ordered. We used to eat at BJ’s at least once a week and many times things were wrong, service was poor or the bar did not have ingredients for drinks on their menu and we never complained. The managers poor attitude is the reason for this review. Our waiter did a great job and apologized for the managers attitude.

I am so upset at my service here. The hostess was on her phone the whole time, checking herself out. We had to wait, so a few of us went to the bar. We got drinks, then we’re asked to leave the bar area and not hang out there. Then, 3 others of my group went up to the bar to get drinks during our 45 minute wait. They were ID’ed. Understandable, but out of the 11 of us only the 3 black people got ID….so we asked why that was and they shrugged us off. Manager quite literally said, “okay?” Absolutely insensitive. Absolutely rude staff. I do not like leaving reviews like this but I am astonished at the lack of professionalism here. So upsetting. Our waitress was amazing though. 0 our 10 don’t not recommend. After spending 500 plus dollars here, I expect better.

Ordered a medium rare Ribeye Steak, and it was burned, salty, and almost raw. They replaced it with another one, looked way better, but it was straight raw. Mac and cheese was alright, just too expensive. Everything else was great. Service alcohol and their sodas were a ok
