I am not sure how this place got the good reviews that it did. They must have really loyal customers. We were passing through. We walked in and there is a small open buffet in the middle of the room. No lids on most everything. People walking in and out to pay for gas, use bathrooms, make purchases- all walk by the food. It looked like it had been there for some time. We did stay but we were not waited on. I asked a woman at a table in the back how we got breakfast. She said go pick up a Styrofoam plate and fix it. I asked about coffee and was told the machine was against the wall in the corner. I had to ask the price, also. $8.99 for a plate and $11.99 for the buffet. The fried eggs are hard, the scrambled eggs were runny, the ham dry and the sausage and bacon greasy. Coffee was extra (we found out when we paid). The women’s toilets were clogged and they directed customers to another toilet rather than fix. The bathrooms were filthy and the restaurant/store not much better. We really wanted to like this place and were looking forward to a good breakfast. We were so disappointed.

Very Good food it has an old fashioned atmosphere that reminds me of my early career in trucking, sitting down at the old school tables, eating and listening to the older folks at the other tables telling jokes and life lessons…they sell meat by the pound or plate to go or sit in… breakfast to me is the best…… you can’t go wrong stopping there

They do have loyal customers. Not a lot of Karens * Sue Asbeck* that think they should be waited on at a buffet. You live up to your last name. They been in business 23 years and serve the best pork steak in USA. Been here numerous times to eat. Blown away how when you expected to be waited on at a buffet. So Karen * Sue Asbeck* decide that everything is wrong. No no no, Gas station should not be allowed to have customers pay for gas and a self serve buffet. Idk. Most people wash their hands before they eat anyways. What a idiot

Best bbq pork steak buffet I have ever tasted. Small salad bar, but they have breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets every day. . Definitely worth checking out.

Open 24/7, 365! Truck stop, convenience store and restaurant. Great fish and and all the fixings on Friday. Great breakfast, Barbecue, plate lunches, sandwiches and burgers. Great selection of beverages including BEER. Also has all of the other convenience store items plus a few you automotive items. It is beside Interstate 55 so it is a little expensive.

Dinner buffet! Can’t hardly find that anywhere in the country. Nothing spectacular but rare! I wish I could have tried the breakfast buffet. It’s more like a local feed the poor program but hey it’s better then any name brand corporate commie t/s any day!
