I had no clue I could get Nigerian food so close to me. I order the jollof rice with chicken. Everything was so flavorful. It came with two chicken legs and the meat came right off the bone. I would definitely get this again. I also ordered Okra soup. This one was not my favorite. I would try a different soup next time. I think it was lamb meat but it was a little tough and the soup was really fishy. I would try a different soup next time. I’m not sure of which one. There were a few selections on the website. I would definitely get food from here again.

Today was my first time ever trying West African food. I have to say the Egusi Soup did live up to its name. It was delicious! Very filling for me. I do have to get use to the fufu though. I’m not use to not chewing my food. But all of it was amazing. Thank you so much Remi!

Where do I begin?! First of all having a fiancé from Ghana I always want to try things that make me think of him and okro is his favorite dish so I was determined to have some. I did have some once before from a different restaurant closer and while it was good it lacked something and I just couldn’t think what , AUTHENTICITY. I know everyone makes it different but if you want something that’ll speak to your soul please try her out ! Far from dissatisfied and more than full! The portions are actually big enough , more than worth the price

Kinda pricey but very good Jollof Rice, Chicken, Plantains, and Puff Puffs. I’ve not tried my Egusi and Fufu yet, but I paid $55 for Jollof Rice with Chicken, Puff Puffs, and Egusi with Chicken and Fufu.

**Honest Review** This was my first time trying African food. I’m 7 months pregnant and wanted something different this particular day. Upon arrival me and my fiancé were a little skeptical, the gps navigated us to a house in the Lexington area. So we decided to call. The Lady runs a catering business inside her home and suggests that you call and place your order before picking up. So, we decided to give it a try. We ordered the Egusi soup with Fufu. Our meat choice was chicken and fish. We waited about 8 mins before our food was brought out to us. The lady only accepts cash or Cashapp which to me is very convenient because I hate swiping my card ANYWHERE. The soup smelled flavorful, for a pregnant person that means a lot. My nose is very sensitive and most smells make me nauseous, but this soup…. Ughhh. Now moving on to the taste. I really wasn’t expecting the soup to taste as good as it did. You ever has something so good that you just had to have everyone around you try it? Yeah, this was that. My fiancé ate his with big pieces of fufu. I preferred mines with smaller pieces. Overall I would rate this 10/10. We will definitely be coming back for more. S/N i did have some heartburn but it was totally worth it.
