Phenomenal experience every time. The food is absolutely delicious, and anyone can find something they like on the menu, since there are plenty of Vegetarian, Gluten Free, and Vegan options. The drinks are HEAVENLY. It is the perfect spot to hang with friends while getting turnt. And the hookah is such a fun time!! I highly recommend 🙂

This might be my new favorite Burlington restaurant. It’s been open for several years but had managed to fly under my radar, maybe because there are other great Thai places in the area (Tiny Thai), or maybe because it is literally tucked away in an alley. The cocktails here are among the best in the area, plus they also have unique, large drinks for sharing. I can’t think of another place in the state that serves “sake towers”. They even have hookahs! That’s very much Not My Thing, but I appreciate the uniqueness (don’t worry, there’s no smoking inside the restaurant). My favorite dishes so far are the creative pad Thai gyoza and the crispy chicken (with curry sauce) bao buns, but I have yet to have a “bad” dish here. I recommend either getting reservations, or showing up when they open, because it does get busy. The atmosphere is kind of funky, with neon lights in a dim space and eclectic music (one night we visited, the music was all rap…very rare to hear in VT). It’s a nice break from the standard asian restaurant decor around here.

We loved the place, every restaurant in Burlington was booked but they were able to slot our family of four in. Food is delicious, so are the drinks. Cozy atmosphere, small space, and super friendly staff. One review complains that the food wasn’t at all authentic Thai food. I have only been to Thailand once and wouldn’t consider myself a specialist in this cuisine. But I do care about delicious food and this certainly tasted great- and pretty “Thai” to me.

I ordered take out and got the dumplings and 2 orders of bai buns. The menu said the bao buns have peppers, carrots, and cilantro slaw. I also left a note saying “two pairs of chopsticks please :)”. I opened the box to this and was shocked, also no chopsticks, plastic wear, or napkins. I ate the dumplings with my fingers. I brought it back to show them and they essentially “man-splained” what bao buns are to me, stating “this is what they’re supposed to look like” and “they haven’t put the slaw on in a while” (why does it say it on the menu then?) and “all the flavor is in the meat so you don’t need the other stuff”. I’ve had bao buns many times, and with meat much more flavorful and delicious, there is other ingredients that compliment the flavor. No one wants meat slapped in a dry bun with a single soggy bell pepper. They asked if i wanted something else, and i’m starving so I asked for popcorn chicken. It was good. I did not get refunded for the returned food, nothing was comped, so I lost money AND had disappointing food and service. I’ve worked in restaurants for years, and if someone ever came back with disappointing food I would not only replace the food, I would void the food and at least comp the new dish. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Really good restaurant in the ally. Had a lot of good Asian food and good drinks. Can’t go wrong with the atmosphere as well. All around a good place. I was really happy with my vegetarian dumpling and vegetarian pad Thai. Similarly the person I was with was as well. My only complaint was that the food wasn’t spicy at all. The pad Thai was more sweet than spicy. I really like my spice so that was a bit of a let down.

This is a gem of a restaurant in downtown Burlington. Located down the alley past Red Square on Thorsen Ave. If you like Thai food, visit this place. The food is fantastic, as is the service. I’m a big fan of the curry dishes. If you like a good craft cocktail, this is the spot. The owners are wonderful people & run a top-notch business.

Sitting outside after the sun goes down is lovely and there’s free music from Red Square next door. Only been once and food was exceptionally good. Lots of drink and veggie options as well. Attentive service. Can’t wait to try hookah next time.

Great little place that is tricky to find. The pad Thai Gyoza appetizer was fantastic. I had to have the Thai International, I mean duck and scallops, heaven. Great cocktails.

Terrible food and terrible service. I tried to send a meal back because it was not what I expected and I was forced to put the meal in a to-go box and pay for the meal. I was then expected to pay for the meal that I wanted to order instead. I waited 30 minutes and they didn’t even start making the meal. At that point, I just canceled that order and decided to eat somewhere else. The service, the atmosphere, and the food were awful. I will not be coming back

We started out with a Bankok Old Fashion and Lychee Cosmo, both of which were excellent. The use of pandan syrup and lychee puree added a nice little flare to the traditional drinks. The Thai International dish was some of best food I have ever had. The duck, scallops, and shrimp all were perfectly crusted on the outside while remaining tender on the inside, which is not easy for these three meats. The garlic pepper steak special was tender and flavorful. Everything was clearly cooked fresh and each bite was flavorful. Would highly recommend and will go again.
