Place used to be great with past management, prices are way too high now and drinks are horrible, bartender don’t know how to make drinks. They charged us $20 to get in as this is a high class bar or as if there was a big event going on. The only reason me and my family go there is to watch the rock latino band play, other than that I would never go to that bar. It’s insane that they charge you $20 entrance and they do not announce that on their instagram page, very sneaky and shady.

Last night, I witnessed the type of management of this place. Two ladies were bullied by its staff and management. The guy, who I assumed to be the manager or owner, called one of the ladies “Venezuelan Piece of S%#t”. Ironically he’s Venezuelan as well. Shame!!

Beware! These people will hide prices on your check, they also added a service charge and didn’t say anything, so when they hand you the machine to swipe your card they have the nerve to add and extra page asking you how much tip you’ll add, VERY SHADY tactic, we ordered mojitos and they were terrible, the bartender doesn’t know what she’s doing, what a ripoff! Ask for an itemized check before handing your credit card, this isn’t the honest way to make money, taking advantage of customers, I ended up paying 40% tip!

I had a very bad time! They changed our table twice because they didn’t have a place to sit for more people and like the second time I said they didn’t send security! It was super rude, the supposed owner offended us with racist and discriminatory comments, they took us out and treated us horrible without them being right! No one in that place is sane and knows how to treat a customer! I go to restaurants every week and I have never been in a similar situation! Another thing while inside and after having consumed the supposed owner told us to leave and if you want to enter again, pay an entrance fee because at this time it is charged! Crazy a very unfortunate show! What a bad time we have had!
