Yummy vegan “breakfast” sandwich!!!!! Oh my! I am so impressed with this place. The vegan waffle sandwich had just egg, a Seaweed based bacon, and a cheddar vegan tied together with a housemade(I believe) tangy sauce. The experience of walking away carrying a delicious smelling and unique creation is a rare one. Also, the iced jasmine tea far surpassed my expectations. These folks are so kind and they know quality. Thank you for such a pleasant lunch!

Delicious! I was skeptical that the waffle would get soggy with the savory sauces. But it was perfect! Waffle stayed crispy and the balance of sweet and savory was outstanding. Great service as well. We ate our lunch on a picnic table listening to local bluegrass band. We will definitely return. Well done guys!

I am GF and they (husband and wife team) have a GF option on their menu. I had the GF waffle with fresh blueberries and bananas. Absolutely delicious!! I also had the “bubble tea” with an Earl Grey flavor. Christie overhead me talking to another patron about Earl Grey and when it came time for me to order, she let me know she could make the bubble tea with Earl Grey. I saw that they also had a lunch option which I will have to try the next time I come back.

Taro boba tea was great and I had the egg waffle sandwich. Sauce on the sandwich was amazing and the liege waffles were wonderful! Location was outside so make sure to consider weather but overall was a great experience.

Google maps and Verizon having low accuracy in Pagosa, I was actually at Forever Blue BBQ, about 20 feet from Black Bart’s Brunch (which I’ve heard is good for waffles other sweet breakfasty things…). Had the beef brisket sandwich with jalapeno cream cheese and it was excellent. Also had the mac and cheese. It was a bit watery, but the flavor was good.
