The French Fries were absolutely amazing tonight. Hot crispy. Beers were cold and delicious! John made some great cocktails. Crab cakes were mostly lump crab meat with a delicious aioli. Steaks were cooked as ordered and tasted great. My salad was cold and crisp. A great experience. We’ll be back.

The owner was so nice. I went to see my friend’s solo show there on a slow night. Loved the bartender. She lives in my town. I talked to the bartender and the owner for a little while and even had a shot with them on the house. It was Irish whiskey so I really enjoyed it. I didn’t eat there this time but I will in the future. They had a good selection of beers. The music was great! Butch McCarthy is there on Wednesday nights. I used to go there when it was a different owner but things seem to be going well there with this new owner. I wish I could remember his name because he really made me feel welcome. The small dining room is decorated so tastefully and you feel like you’re a guest in a friend’s home. Quaint, cozy and I’m sure the food is great because of the other details I noticed. I worked in the restaurant business for a long time and I’m really good at picking out great places to dine and this is one of them. Plus it’s right on the water. You can’t beat this place!
