This place had a southern home feeling. It was very crowded when we arrived and had a wait of 35-40 minutes. I ordered the steak, house potatoes, eggs, and English muffins. I ordered my steak medium well and received it well. My boyfriend had the tri-tip sandwich, fries, and a side of breakfast sausage. Everything tasted good even the well-done steak. 4 stars for the over cook steak

I have ordered from Black Bear diner many times through door dash and to go from the diner itself. We went in once as a family and we’re deeply disappointed by the service so we decided to stick to ordering pick up. We ordered to go this afternoon and disappointed once again. Our pancakes EVERY SINGLE ONE is completely burnt the pictures don’t even show it enough but I will still post them. You can actually smell the burnt bottom as soon as I opened it, not to mention the hash browns were just the same. It’s upsetting they can do this to a paying customer not once but many times. They just don’t seem to care. If you want good pancakes which is something they are supposed to specialize in, make sure you check them while you’re still there before you get home and are disappointed.

Not a very long wait time as I ordered online for pick up. This place has alot to choose from. So, I got the Ruben. I like to get the Ruben anywhere its served so I can compare! This sandwitch was absolutely fantastic! The meat was tender and tasted wonderful. The sourkrout wasnt to sour and they put just the right amount on it. The thousamd island made this bad boy complete! I have found other places serve it too salty and put waaay too much sourkrout on the sandwitch. My food was still hot and fresh once I got back to my hotel! You do have options to customize the samdwitch but I always get it how it comes! I Hightly reccomend Black Bear Diner!

We really enjoyed the service and food here! Our waitress was extremely tentative and very sweet. She would constantly check in on us even though she was very busy. The food was absolutely delicious. We had the Volcano and one of their new grilled sandwiches, We Be Jamming. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to the restaurant since moving to the Bullhead City area. There was a little bit of a wait, but we were not detoured. We were seated, Michelle was our server. She was very friendly, attentive and had a Beautiful smile! Our food came quickly and was hot and delicious! This was a WONDERFUL first experience and we are looking forward to dining with Black Bear again

It was very busy, and I waited 30 minutes to be seated. It was approx 10:30 on Friday. Everyone was super friendly. Hostess was multi-tasking like crazy, checking people in, seating, and ringing up. She was also going the extra step to look for people outside when it was their turn. Once seated service was prompted. Olivia, our server, did a great job. She was nice and attentive and checked in several times. Rating a 5 overall for the service.
