I ordered the Veggie Bag with SpicyQ sauce. I only ate 1/2, it was a lot. The food was DELICIOUS without the GUILT. Definitely will be ordering again. Also order was ready at expected time, well organized system. Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

First time eating at this place and the guy who took my order was so cool and professional and very nice. The food was perfect I literally couldn’t find any bad things to say about the food. I don’t think my tastebuds could fathom the tastiness that I have consumed so much flavor in every bite. I’m definitely coming back again.

I was looking forward to eating here for the first time. There were no visible signs for the place. Online it says “open” but when we got there the doors were locked at 6:30 on a Friday. There is no contact phone number online. When a passerby saw my fiancé and I walking back to our car he asked what we were looking for. He then proceeded to tell us to go to the back of the building, door all the way on the left and ring the bell. It was how a horror movie would start. No one came, we left to red lobster.

Black Crab Fam has the best seafood boiled bags I ever had, the flavor is so outstanding. I love that butter garlic sauce that they use; it is so good! I love those Redskin potatoes, the shrimp and the lobster is delicious! I never had such good seafood that was delivered to my home and I enjoyed it so much. I love Black Crab Fam.

Great service time after time. The food is easily the best seafood boil you’ll find in northeast Ohio, I would sell them my left foot for that sauce recipe. I recommend BlackCrabFam if you want amazing seafood at a very reasonable price.

Operates on DoorDash as Lonnie’s Boy? Let my order sit in their system for 90 mins, left a door dasher sitting there waiting for my order for 30 mins, all to just cancel it because they forgot to check for orders I guess? Cool I’ll just go hungry tonight since everything is closed now and it’ll be 3 days now before Door Dash gives me my money back.

I came all the way from Detroit to try this place, I’ve been following them for a few months on Instagram @blackcrabfam. Recently I went and I placed the order on door dash for a pick up my food was done promptly. When we arrived they did curbside in the back of the building and when I smelled it I couldn’t believe how unbelievably delicious it smelled. We ate right there in the parking lot, we couldn’t wait to get back to get home lol. It was soooooo gooooood!! I would def return again def worth the drive. It didn’t hurt my stomach the next day either.

Was really looking forward to this seafood experience. I ordered food to be delivered, paid, waited an hour or so, only to have the order cancelled because they were closed. When I checked the site before placing my order, they were open. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency. Advice for future orders, call the restaurant before you order to be certain. Never had this issue before. I don’t plan on repeating it.
