First of all – it was the best burger we’ve have ever had! Just Perfect ! Enjoyed every bite! We had an issue with confusion with the order so we had to wait a long time but when the manager saw it he stepped in and took care of us and he was so service oriented he just turned a bad experience into a very good one! So thank you Alphi for the great service and the best food. I’m sure we will be back

Great burgers at a great price in midtown on 54th Street, service was quick in case you’re going to a show. I had the black iron burger with mushrooms, it was filling and tender. Make sure you order the house aioli sauce with the fries. Delish!

Amazing atmosphere and service, on terms of food it was fine not so special, if you want an advice i would recommend more crispy onion rings, and maybe a meat choice as lamb/rybeye/beef/vegg burgers to customer choice, beside that everything else was perfect

The best burger I’ve had in NYC. Fresh ground beef cooked the way desired. The Patty melt you must try, so simple but the flavour is divine. The service at the Hells Kitchen location is top notch. A lovely, relaxed atmosphere. Really impressed as it’s a chain restaurant. You’d never know it from the genuine warmth and vibe. 10/10
