I have driven by this truck on Leavenworth Rd for over a month now. Well, tonight is the night we pulled the trigger. We got a little bit of everything, a bone dinner, brisket sandwich, the Wisdom burger, dirty mac, potato salad & Cole slaw.

I had been wanting to try this place as food trucks normally serve delicious food. I was disappointed to say the least. My burger looked and tasted like one of those pre made burgers you get at Sam’s club, it was thin and dry and didn’t even fit the oversized bun. The fries were limp and not crispy at all. I could have gone to Wendy’s and gotten a better burger.
