Everything was great here. The outdoor seating was pleasing to the eyes and comfortable. The service was amazing. They serve their drinks in Mason jars which is always a hit with me. I recommend the raspberry lemonade. I had the classic burger. It was cooked perfectly and was a good size. My wife opted for the chicken wrap that she loved. Great experience.

There are many breakfast options in Carefree/Cave Creek and this one serves up some really great food! From their home made cinnamon rolls and fluffy biscuits to the large mason jars of ice tea and lemonade. Everything was yummy! My 6yo enjoyed her pancakes, I loved the green chives on my biscuits and gravy, my 8yo almost made it through a big cinnamon roll, and my husband tried it all with the Mountaineer breakfast (ham, home fries with peppers, eggs, biscuit and gravy and a cinnamon roll). The patio is cute with its yellow umbrellas sitting between small local boutiques and set against the beauty of a Carefree backdrop.

Great staff, more than one person ask if I needed any before and after I was served, even though I was not their table. Service was fast, food was hot and very good. Great place for breakfast.

Drove past and decided to stop by this local coffee place. We were met with friendly welcomes which played a big role in our review. Located in the Historic Spanish Village, we ordered an iced latte, smoothie and after some deliberation, the cinnamon roll frizzles. I wasn’t highly impressed with the smoothie or the frizzles, but my partner thought the frizzles and her coffee were fantastic. Would recommend for the hospitality!

This is a nice little coffee shop and cafe with limited indoor seating and quite a lot of outside seating. People were friendly and the atmosphere casual. We were on an early morning walk so we only had coffee and a hot chocolate but intend to return for the full breakfast before leaving the area.

Friendly but slow and forgetful service. Bland, flavorless pancakes, sausage patty, and coffee. Burger felt like a frozen patty of poor quality, bland. The lovely patio is perhaps the only draw but the food certainly doesn’t merit a return until there’s a new cook in the kitchen with better ingredients at their disposal. Disappointing.
