A vegetable focused restaurant that specializes in hyper-seasonal shareable vegetable dishes, handmade pastas, and natural wines. While the restaurant is mostly vegetarian & vegan, we also offer several large format meat dishes that can be shared with several people. Our philosophy is to focus on ingredient driven dishes, and to let the amazing locally sourced produce and offerings shine.
Our Beverage Program will focus on low intervention natural wines, draft cocktails, local beer, and a variety of house-made low and zero ABV beverages.

Really good food! The bubble potatoes were really good, the sauce with it was delicious. Only one thing was it was lacking a bit of salt but the potatoes itself were smooth like butter. The cauliflower’s were amazing. The pasta was flavorful but our pasta was too thick. The best thing on here was the orange olive oil cake if you visit here you need to try it out, simply amazing. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is because the cocktails weren’t my favorite. This place overall has a nice vibe and stunning presentation and customer service. Them having so many vegan and vegetarian options make me want to go there again and again

We all enjoyed the tapas-style plates. Most agreed we’d come back for the pear salad, tofu lettuce warps and definitely the peanut butter ganache dessert. The Brussel sprouts were a close second. No one (surprisingly) was crazy about the fried mashed potato balls.

We walked in, said we were hoping to sit and watch the action and immediately were seated with Matthew. To start we had the cheese plate with honey and homemade jams, yum! We ordered the Ribeye for two, with a couple old fashioneds and finished with a healthy slice of chocolate peanut butter pie! The ribeye was great, seared medium rare with a chimichurri sauce. Asparagus and carrots were beautiful sides and really brightened the look. The flavors and smells along with a few laughs from chef Matthew and his partner in crime Logan added a cheery atmosphere that will make us come back again and again. What a great experience!

This restaurant is not just food, it’s a whole experience! I was blown away by the creativity of the veggie options. Everything was pure quality, interesting to the palate, and plated like art! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who visits Tallahassee. It’s a great idea to order a variety of plates and share so you can try more things.

Stumbled into this place and it was such a lovely surprise. It’s nearly all vegetarian and vegan with a couple of exceptions. The patio area is where it’s at. We ordered the Mango Parrot and it’s a drink with a little punch. Delicious.

First visit. We felt like we weren’t in Tallahassee anymore. Food and service were absolutely spectacular. We sat in the “gallery,” which was perfect for viewing the room, the kitchen, and talking with other diners. Makes “eat your vegetables” a delicious experience. Support this place and do your tummy a huge favor.

As someone who is neither vegan or vegetarian, this place is delicious. We had the cucumbers, potatoes, asparagus and chicken roulade. Everything was seasoned beautifully and full of flavor. Carnivores don’t steer away. This place is good!
