Exceptional dining experience. Warm and welcoming staff, unique and tasty food, with delicately balanced fresh flavors. Interesting cocktail and wine choices, open relaxed venue with a unique decor (a bit loud on Fri night, don’t try to conduct business ). Our server Nicole C had impeccable timing and guided our choices with her expertise, curating a wonderful meal from start to finish. Lovely adult dining experience. Would not recommend for children (does not mean you could not bring them, just might be a bit hectic and loud for little ones? … of course we were there on a Friday night).

What is not to like about this place? The food and drinks are excellent. The outdoor seating area is elegantly decorated with warm lighting, cushions to rest your back, heaters, and blankets for cold or windy days. How thoughtful is that? The drinks are pricey but are crafted with unique flavors and a twist of finesse. We have enjoyed both the indoor and the outdoor atmosphere, both are great! The light fixtures and branches over the bar is impressive!

Came here for the Jazz Brunch and it was incredible. Loved the guy on the keys as well as the amazing singer. We had a side of pancakes before our meal that were thin, warm and delightful. My New York Steak and eggs were cooked to perfection and we left very happy. Amazing service by our server and the staff, both friendly and attentive. 5 stars and will definitely be back next time we are in the Carlsbad area.

Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. The ambiance is great, and the jazz music performing in the background was wonderful! The best part was the tasty food. We went there for brunch on a Sunday and ordered the pancakes which were sooooo good!! I also ordered the mushroom bowl. I can’t remember the name but I’m sharing a picture of it. This was my favorite! Filled with potatoes, veggies and mushroom! Very filling as well. I would highly recommend this place. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. My husband and I had a 10/10 experience.

The food was delicious we had couple types of pork belly items, really good wings, but the salmon had to be sitting in a steam well then quickly flashed in the grill just for the marks. Service was on point, kept waters filled, asked about wine recommendations and was happily helped by the buyer. We had reservations and asked for the patio but was full at the moment so we were sat inside right on the entrance with people and staff nearly colliding coming in and out. Not sure why but the majority of the inside was shutdown, where there would had been better seating options. Overall good service and good food.

We all loved the setting, outdoors, lights and the soft sounds of jazz playing in the background! The service was slow and mistakes were made with the order of food. The waiter tried to make up for the poor service by giving us a selection of deserts! Finally the whole bill process got mixed up and took forever!

Great atmosphere! I can’t speak to the food really I just came to see the live band and have the olive oil cake- and both were great! My friend had some drinks and said they were tasty. The cake was great and definitely recommend. The band is the same every week and is great! The pianist is the owners son so him and his friends have a little jam sesh every Sunday and it’s great. Some super talented guys.

The place is nice, decor inside and patio outside are inviting and comfortable. The service is excellent. The food is good although on the pricey side considering the size of the portions. In general it’s a good place for a special occasion but be ready for the check $$$$
