What’s not to like? The service and coffee were spot on. The store is super clean and cool. They need to open one up in my hometown Gulf Breeze, FL. Will definitely go back whenever we drop off or pickup at VPS airport. BTW, the price was reasonable too.

I’m leaving a review because the first mistake they have ever made on my order happened today. They just forgot to add cream to my coffee. I wasn’t even mad since I’ve been here at least a hundred times in the last couple of years, and the service has always been perfect. The people working here are always incredibly nice. Their lobby is awesome with tables inside and out. They have a couple of couches to relax on and a nice little shop with shirts and cups as well as coffee for sale. Plus the coffee is great and not overly expensive. They offer discounts for military, vets, and first responders. I’m very happy they opened up in Niceville and hope they never go away.

Black Rifle Coffee Company offers a mixed experience. Service and menu variety are commendable, and their support for military and first responders is great. However, the food and coffee are quite average. It’s a decent option overall.

Our Croissant and burrito was very tasty. The Nitro was awesome and the black coffee I had was better than any I’ve ever had, hands down. The all American badass decor is fabulous. The best part of the entire experience was the amazing customer service we received. From top to bottom, the employees were incredibly gracious and super friendly. I highly recommend!!

If you aren’t getting your coffee here, you’re doing it wrong! This place is the spot. Nice atmosphere and the best coffee. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Super jealous we don’t have one in St. Pete.

This is their caramel frappe. I asked for a decaf Carmel frappe and they don’t sell decaf coffee so they made the drink a cream base frappe. The cream base caramel frappe was very sweet and sugary. I didn’t taste any caramel at all. My husband ordered a dark roast coffee and they said they are out of the dark roast but can make the pour over which they did twice because they messed it up the first time. They also were out of toffee nut again. Needless to say we did not get the drinks we wanted again. Oh well.

Hubby and I are big Black Rifle Coffee Co. fans and were excited to find one while on our way home from Destin a few days ago. Atmosphere is amazing, all the apparel and merchandise was great, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I had the hazelnut iced coffee drink which was great and hubby got the Smokey Joe which he said was fantastic. Our kiddos and hubby got the honey sausage biscuit which they said was delicious. I had the sausage grenade burrito and let me tell you…I’ve been craving one of those things since I had it Friday. It was DELICIOUS and a hit with my daughter too. Will definitely be back! Did we spend $140 between merchandise, coffee and food? Yes. Did we regret it? Nope!
