First time ever experiencing a restaurant like this very cool concept. The steak was seasoned very well and you cook it yourself to your liking using a stone heated up to a very high temp. I loved the food and it was very well priced. I’ll let the photos and video do the talking.

First time trying this place and I was blown away. Loved the atmosphere. The staff was amazing. Went solo so sat at the bar. Bre and Tony were wonderful. Bre helped make my first time experience memorable and made great recommendations. Tony was on point making sure my needs were well taken care of. The steak I cooked was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a different experience and excellent food.

We had an extremely bad experience with the quality of the food at this restaurant. We went here for my sons graduation However, one of us found this in our steak (see pictures). It absolutely looked like a worm of some kind, even though the manager tried to assure us it was not. Even if this was true, the fact that it occurred at all was an entire issue – in decades of cutting and preparing meat nobody had ever seen anything like this before, which speaks to the quality of the cuts they’re using, and while the server was polite and nice, the manager felt extremely dismissive to our attitude about it. We still had to pay for the meal and we were just refunded for the steaks but, at that point the entire table’s appetite was totally ruined and so was my sons graduation night. I unfortunately cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone after such a horrible experience.

Visited this restaurant on a Friday night and was immediately sat down in a large comfortable booth. The service from our waiter was excellent. The food and cocktails were very good. Overall a great date night and I was happy eating here as a vegetarian.

Updated review. This restaurant has gone down hill. The service is not good, mostly because I think they are understaffed. The drinks are inconsistent and watered down. Now, the reason we used to go there, the lobster dip appetizer, has been downsized to a laughable portion. Last time we will eat at Black Rock.

I took my mom here for Mother’s Day because she’s been wanting to try it. First, Priority Seating doesn’t mean you have reservations, it’s just a shorter wait if there’s a longer wait. It was very busy but that’s to be expected. My mom couldn’t stop raving about her filet and the Spinach & Artichoke dip. She said it was the best she’s ever had. She thought it was fun to cook her own steak. I had the chicken stir fry, it was so filling that I had enough for lunch the next day. Great portion size! The service was great too!

Took advantage off the free appetizer coupon. They also had a $1 shrimp skewer add on promotion. Food look and tasted very fresh. Unfortunately the beer tasted a little flat. Service was excellent. She even noticed my stone wasn’t up to to proper temperature before I did.

First time dining here, I had an incredible experience, a birthday I will never forget. My waiter (Stew) and the manager (Maryana) were very friendly and hospitable, excellent customer service. The food, was another plus point. Delicious and tasty appetizers, mixed with a filling main course, ending with a splendid and wonderful dessert, made for a great dining experience. Highly recommend, will come again!

My husband made reservations for us at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon; we were seated without waiting; the staff was helpful & attentive; our waitress Ariel was bubbly & kind & knowledgeable when going through the menu & showing us how to cook our steaks on the black stones; spinach artichoke dip was a delicious appiteaser! House salad was fresh; sweet potato fries were AMAZING! I love sweet potato fries & these were by far the best I’ve ever tasted & even had a caramel dipping sauce with them; 6oz sirloin came with steak butter, sauce & had to order sautéed onions which was all so delicious! I usually bring food home but it was all so delicious, I ate everything; we both ate everything. My husband got Cajun fries instead of sweet potato fries which he really enjoyed. Cooking our steaks on the black stones was a very cool experience; we will definitely be back soon!
