Horrible, had to wait _over an hour_ for grill cheese! This, with _no one_ in the restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, veggies with the Au Jus were so overcooked, I thought I was in hospice care. The mashed potatoes were very clearly powdered. The prime rib au jus was a huge portion, and not bad overall, but at $24.99, one would expect real mashed potatoes. Any restaurant worth their weight would have real mashed potatoes. How tough is it to boil a bunch of potatoes?

We were greated warmly by everyone including the chef. This is our second time at the Bah and it was as good as the first. Wide selection, generous portions, delicious food, and attentive service. We will enjoy it again with leftovers at lunch. Nice local feel. As new owners in Yarmouth Port, this could become our regular go to.

We found this place after searching for a restaurant that could accommodate our large group of 14. Turns out we hit the jackpot! We were seated in 10 minutes and enjoyed the patio for our meal. The staff, owner are all so very nice, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and then some.

Although the food was decent, the service left a lot to be desired. We were seated outside and there were maybe 3-4 other tables with patrons. It took about 10 minutes before our waiter took our drink order, he came back and took my order and then turned and scurried off before giving my husband a chance to order…what the heck??!! Seriously, I ordered onion rings and a sandwich…did he think we were sharing?? It made no sense! After close to 5 minutes he reappeared and we flagged him down to add my husband’s order. He seemed almost annoyed. Just a really odd experience. Overall, food was decent but doubt we’d go back.

This restaurant and bar alleges to be an Irish bar, but it’s more of an American Bistro, and still not that good. The bar itself is 50% of the space inside the restaurant, there is a minimal selection of draft beer, and very little selection of top-shelf liquor. I have heard that the steaks and the burgers that are served there are exceptional but I cannot vouch for that since I never had one. The ambiance is lacking and do not expect to have a good overall experience, but if it’s burgers and steaks you’re looking for, then you might want to try it out.
